According to the INSIGHT ON THE SCRIPTURES Vol.2, page 1225 in the HIGHLIGHTS OF ZECHARIAH, This was a prophecy about "Sprout" which was Jesus Christ! As all these eight visions come true The man named Sprout will build Jehovah's temple and serve as king- priest!  There were eight visions! The  third vision  was referring to the young man with a measuring rope prepares to measure Jerusalem, but an angel foretells more growth as well as Jehovah's protection for the city. As in Zechariah 2:1 states: a man with a measuring line in his hand... but the INSIGHT ON THE SCRIPTURES refers to the man as a young man; and the measuring line to a measuring rope! Hoag’s Object is a mysterious, ring-shaped galaxy located about 600 million light-years away from the Earth in the direction of the Serpens Caput (Serpent’s Head) constellation. Its diameter is about 100,000 light-years. It consists of an outer ring and an inner ball of densely packed stars. The two are separated by a gap, as can be seen in the above Hubble Space Telescope picture of the galaxy. The outer bluish ring is thought to consist of younger stars, whereas the inner yellowish ball is thought to consist of older stars. What created this unusual shape of the galaxy still remains a mystery. ***(See below)*** BUT!!!! A very interesting coincidence is the presence of yet another ring galaxy located far, far behind the Hoag’s Object; it is visible through the gap between its outer ring and its inner ball, roughly near the “one o'clock” position! Do you see it?
As Jehovahs people our hearts and even our eyes swell up with joy seeing such things because we know Jehovah is the creator of such a miraculous, mysterious creation. How do you feel knowing without a doubt that one day you are going to be able to ask our father the Great Almighty, What, why, how? Does it have to do with things here on earth? (Meaning does it align the way the earth is centered anything???? what is it’s purpose!? Does it have one? Does it just keep new stars in the sky? We will have that grand privileged to ask such questions. I’m really excited about that. And I can’t wait for me, just like you as an individual to be honored with that privilege! What would you ask Jehovah?

And that's the point I want to stress, which may seem rather oddThat I'm not built just as a place in which to worship God

So here it is you'll learn of Jehovah God; to know what is his willTo learn what he requires of you, his laws how to fulfill

To worship God means more than sit and listen to God's wordIt means to act; to serve; to preach, to all who have not heard

Outside my doors, amidst the world, you must hold forth the lightYou must apply what you here learn, to worship God aright

A Circuit Overseer was working with a very humble brother in a rich part of town. When they reached a beautiful house, they met a man who did not hide his hostility. It was the humble brother’s turn to speak:
Good day Sir. We are here to show people God's name.
As you can see here in Psalm 83:18 it reads: ‘That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth.’
After a moment the man said: I want you to show me that in MY bible.
The man returned with his bible and gave it to the brother. The text read: 'That they may know that you alone, whose name is the 'Lord,' are the Most High over all the earth.'
You see? Said the man with an altered voice - God's name is 'Lord!’ - You understand nothing of the Bible! It is I who should teach YOU and that's exactly what I'll do!

And the first thing you need to do is throw out your Bible. Give me your name and address! I will step in your home to teach you whenever you want.
With a pencil and piece of paper ready, the man asked: What is your name?
The humble brother replied: My name is Lord.

No, I want to know your personal name - insisted the man.
My name is 'Lord', insisted the brother.
You must have a name. What is it? Insisted the resident.
My name is 'Lord', insisted the brother even more.
How can you be so stupid? Screamed the man. 'Lord' is not a name ...

Returning to the man’s bible, the brother answered calmly:
Well, if 'Lord' is not a name, then throw out YOUR Bible!
