    Trial of Bible ends
VYBORG COURT RULES JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES' BIBLE IS EXTREMIST LITERATURE
    Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia, 17 August 2017

Judge Dmitry Yurievich Grishin of the Vyborg city court, a kandidat of jurisprudence and former chairman of the department of civil law of the A.S. Pushkin Leningrad University, announced his decision: to grant the petition of the Leningrad-Finland transport prosecutor; to find "Sacred Scripture—New World Translation" extremist material; to find the brochures "The Bible and it Main Subject," "Science instead of the Bible?" and "How to Improve Health. Five Simple Rules" to be extremist materials; to confiscate the batch of the aforesaid literature. The court's decision has not taken effect and it may be appealed within thirty days. BREAKING NEWS | Russian Court Bans New World Translation

On August 17, 2017, the Vyborg City Court in Russia ruled to ban the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures (NWT). In Russia, it is illegal to ban a Bible. However, a court-appointed “expert study” claimed that the NWT is not a Bible. The decision to ban the NWT came even after the powerful testimony of experts and the fine argumentation of our brothers, proving undeniably that the NWT is a Bible. In spite of such obvious discrimination, Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide take comfort from Isaiah 40:8, “the word of our God endures forever.” We are appealing the decision.

"These words that I am commanding you today must be on your heart, and you must inculcate them in your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house and when you walk on the road and when you lie down and when you get up." De. 6:6-7.
"For hardly would anyone die for a righteous man; though perhaps for a good man someone may dare to die." Rom.5:7.
The rules have been neatly clarified above, but meditating yourself on the principles in scripture should help you to avoid being flummoxed by these kind of issues. The two above help in this case.

The reason you have to look hard is that it is not very important and nobody harps on it. Throw in a few hours for the kids and be done with it.

Many will cleanse themselves and whiten themselves and will be refined. And the wicked ones will certainly act wickedly, and no wicked ones at all will understand; but the ones having insight will understand.” (Daniel 12:8-10) There was a sure hope for the holy ones! Rather than being destroyed, they would be whitened, blessed with a clean standing before Jehovah God. (Malachi 3:1-3) Their insight into spiritual matters would enable them to keep clean in GodÂ’s eyes. In contrast, the wicked would refuse to understand spiritual things.

We are at a time when the preaching work is coming to its  conclusion.  If a person doesn't understand 607 BCE or 1914 CE it's with a reason.  Of course Jerusalem was sacked in 587 BCE, however, those with insight understand that the pure worship of Jehovah was interrupted in 607 BCE when the priests were slaughtered.  That's when the trampling of nations began for 2520 years. The end of the Gentile times was marked with the Presence of Christ in 1914 CE... Christ would rule in the midst of his enemies for a period of time before the revealing of his Presence to 'wicked mankind'.  The great tribulation is the manifestation of Christ Presence.  "Then, indeed, the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will do away with by the spirit of his mouth and bring to nothing by the manifestation of his presence." (2 Thessalonians 2:8)   It's SPIRITUAL...  the wicked simply die the second death at an appointed time, an everlasting death in the same manner as Adam and Eve never to be resurrected.
The Last Days that began in 1914 are now coming to their end. When Armageddon is about to begin, the son of man's presence is finally revealed to wicked mankind, and "all the peoples of the earth will have to see that Jehovah's name has been called upon you, and they will indeed be afraid of you." (Deut 28:10)

"then the sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in lamentation" (Matthew 24:30)   It's 'ungodly mankind' that laments, not God's Named people. (Deut 28:10)

You answered you own question, so bright! No matter how many in the family you have reached the max. The family head, father or mother, whatever that situation, the family is a unit, not to broken into separate individual studies. That is why we have Family Worship night! Spiritual routine for the entire family 1,2 4,6,or12 however large. Only an outsider can count time studying with each individual child if that was necessary, but that as we are being shown is the responsibility of the parents not anyone from the outside!

Funny to look at the names of Bethelites on page 34-38:
Charles Russell Coultrup (p.35) Charles Russell Hessler (p.36) Charles Taze Russell Peterson (p.37) Rutherford was said to have complained to MacMillan as early as 1918 or 1919 that he inherited a Russellite "cult." The men were known for dressing in black coats like his, wearing beards just like his, etc. He said they were "worshipping" Russell.
    *** jv chap. 6 p. 65 A Time of Testing (1914-1918) ***
Others, on account of their deep respect for Brother Russell, seemed more concerned with trying to copy his qualities and develop a sort of cult around him.
Oddly, one way to counter it was to suggest that beards be cut or you lose privileges. I heard from family members who go back to Russell's time (but can't verify yet) that a suggestion went out in the 1930's that Witnesses should wear more blue instead of "Russell" black at some of the assemblies. The Watch Tower publications reported that the audience at the 1942 St. Louis assembly looked like a "sea of blue."
