So listening to you all patting each other on the back I conclude that all of you are saying that everyone that says they are a Victim of child abuse in the JW Org is actually a LIAR. They all made it up, every one of them Earthwide. 
So in your eyes, the GB never refused to hand over evidence to the courts. The Elders have never been told to destroy evidence because 'Satan is coming after us'. The Two Witness rule has never been misused . Victims have never been called liars. Children have never been forced to face the accused Child Abuser.  Nobody has been disfellowshipped for continuing to complain about abuse they suffered not being dealt with properly.  Everybody in a congregation is made aware that there is a Pedophile with in it.  
And the biggest one of all, you think Victims are only in it for the Money.  
And most of you use the GB tactics of saying I'm mentally disturbed. 
Um, it's proving to me more and more that the JW org brain deadens people. 
But you don't care because to you lot it's just collateral damage.

Here we can see how Tom calmly compares a speeding motorist with a Pedophile that has abused a young child. What does this tell you of his lack of feeling for other people ? Where is his personal application of the scripture that talks about 'Looking after widows and orphans'. Where is his idea of protecting children in the JW Org ? Nothing, it's just like speeding motorist to him. 
Tom and others, the JW Org has said it does not have a Clergy Class. But it uses the Clergy privilege to avoid giving evidence in court. That is hypocritical.

Actually I've constantly said 'if God wants to use the JW Org then God will clean it out properly' and I've said that the GB should consist of 12 or 13 men from different countries around the Earth. I've said that the current GB should be replaced. 
Was it Rutherford or Russell that said an organisation was not needed ? Whichever it wasn't me. Unless you can quote me as saying it ? 
As for Elders serving because they want 'power and control', yes i think many of them do. Especially the ones that are Pedophiles. 
When an Elder is using a dating website and using the name Yogi Bishop, and using a pretend 'hometown',  then I would think he is not an Elder for the right reasons. (That's one for the Kid, one of the real life issues that i know about). 
For me there is no bravery in telling people that I've been sexually abused, physically beaten up and emotionally abused as a child / teenager. It has a purpose. If I'm a pain in the bum, then people will know why. It's because it is impossible to 'get over it'. 
That is why I don't like seeing it happen to others. But it seems that a lot of you just see it as collateral damage.  You see it as, well it's only a few hundred out of 8 million, so in your eyes it doesn't matter. And even those few hundred you basically call liars. 
It's Your conscience. If you are happy with your gods, the GB and it's Org, then so be it. Yes i can understand that Almighty God needs a means of communication, But He needs a pure clean organisation and at this time that is not the JW org.

You are completely missing the point of this Watchtower. It is aimed at the Elders.
It is not so that congregants can know what to do. IT IS TO TELL THE ELDERS TO BACK OFF. TO TELL THE ELDERS. NOT TO TELL THE CONGREGANTS TO KEEP QUIET. 
BECAUSE IT SEEMS THE ELDERS WERE TELLING THE CONGREGANTS NOT TO REPORT THINGS TO THE POLICE OR THE AUTHORITIES. 
UNLESS AS I'VE SAID BEFORE, YOU ARE CALLING ALL THE VICTIMS LIARS. 
And for the Kid, yes Kid experience is better than second hand information, but Kid i have both.

I have always thought that individuals should pray to God through Jesus Christ. And surely all Christians should pray in such a way on a daily basis ? I went into our back garden early this morning and put food out for the birds, and when birds arrived i thanked God for the happiness those birds bring to humans. Just watching those birds in the garden, such a simple thing, but it gives me such pleasure. Now God must have built that into humans to like or love animals / birds / creatures. So in that way you could say we all have a 'personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ', or would you not agree ? 
If you don't agree that people can have such a relationship with God and Christ then it seems as if you are saying that a person can only give praise twice a week, that being at JW meetings............. Now that creates a Clergy Class doesn't it ? 
But oh yes that reminds me Clergy Class, Clergy privilege. 
The clergy–penitent privilege, clergy privilege, confessional privilege, priest–penitent privilege, clergyman–communicant privilege, or ecclesiastical privilegeis a rule of evidence that forbids judicial inquiry into certain communications (spoken or otherwise) between clergy and members of their congregation.
I do believe that Elders are using this 'excuse' to refuse to give evidence in court cases. Am I right in this thinking ? 
But of course the JW Org does not have a 'Clergy Class' does it ? Contradiction i think.

We don’t walk away “happy” from the organization. If your emotional and spiritual heart is ripped in two, it takes time to recover.  Matt 24:9,21, Luke 12:53  It takes time to start all over again, learning how we were stumbled, through scripture untainted by men’s doctrine.  It takes time to build a true relationship with the Father and Christ outside of men’s orchestrated doctrinal demands.  Eventually, faith and peace is achieved by understanding the true Shepherd is watching over his sheep, protecting them until he returns.  Matt 5:1-12; John 10:1-5; Luke 15:4-7

Apples and oranges are blending together, causing a shakeup in the Watchtower,  It all relates to th same underlying problem.   
Come now.  When you face court battle after court battle over doctrine you had a share in instituting  which shields pedophiles, wouldn't you consider this as "trouble"?  
 
From a "human standpoint" I believe Christ's teachings as well as the apostles, were very sound.  I agree with you that the GB are not concerned with anything being sound from a human standpoint.  
Truth is very sound.  
Lies cause upheaval.
But you are to proclaim things consistent with sound teaching.  Titus 2:1

For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, will multiply teachers for themselves because they have an itch to hear what they want to hear. 4 They will turn away from hearing the truth and will turn aside to myths.

Every person can act on his own to represent others, just as G. Jackson did.  No, he had nothing to do with the case and I don't believe Jackson had anything to do with the primary case in Australia.  He barely knew the case. 
It is always easier to run from trouble than to face what trouble may come.

Think about the case.  Did the Watchtower "do what is good" to begin with?
What I notice Anna, you generally seem unfazed by scripture and its meaning.  I do hope that changes.   
Oh, yes.  It’s the job of I don’t know how many, Watchtower lawyers. The GB makes the doctrine, the elders uphold it whether it is sound from a human standpoint or not, and the lawyers step in to defend an illogical doctrine that has caused misery and havoc throughout the congregations.

w61 6/15 p. 371 - It is a serious thing to disfellowship a person, because it means that the person is cut off from God’s organization, from life. 
  They worshiped the dragon because he gave authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast,
Kingdom Ministry 8/82 pg 1:  “Loyalty and godly devotion are essentials of true WORSHIP. (2 Tim. 2:19) Jehovah God rightly expects each of us to maintain a devoted attachment to him AND his visible earthly organization.”

Tom, I know I’m the last person you want to hear from, but I just want to share some thoughts about this scripture, since I can’t think of how many hundreds of times I would mentally quote it, not only as a JW, but now – more than ever. 
The “good news” preached by JWs in these last days is based on a date; 1914.  JWs proclaim Christ began his reign as King in 1914.  There’s a few things wrong with this (actually, more than a few things)  Jesus was already preaching the “good news” while on earth.
7 And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to him. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it was written,
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
    because he has anointed me
    to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
    and recovering of sight to the blind,
    to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
19 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.”
20 And he rolled up the scroll and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on him. 21 And he began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”  Luke 4:17-21
“Soon afterward he went on through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him”  Luke 8:1
And when it was day, he departed and went into a desolate place. And the people sought him and came to him, and would have kept him from leaving them, 43 but he said to them, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well; for I was sent for this purpose.”
If you lived in that day, wouldn’t you believe that the promised Kingdom had come upon those who were poor and oppressed, captive to the burden of unrighteous rules and regulation of the Pharisees? Matt 11:28   The words of Isaiah were fulfilled by Christ’s validation.
“The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing their way into it.  Luke 16:16
And remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they provide, for the laborer deserves his wages. Do not go from house to house.8 Whenever you enter a town and they receive you, eat what is set before you. 9 Heal the sick in it and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’ Luke 10:7-9
 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.  Luke 17:20-21
The Kingdom has always been present in the hearts of the faithful anointed ones since Christ came to earth. John 14:23; 1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Cor 6:16   Each anointed one is to carry the message of Christ's truth once Jesus ascended into heaven, where he has ruled as King since he has preached the “good news”.  Ps 110:1,2; Matt 28:18;Luke 12:49-53; 1 Cor 15:23-26   (please read)  They brought the Kingdom “good news” to all who accepted it, the promised gift of life in Christ.  John 13:20; Matt 10:40
Think about it; the Watchtower says the end time preaching work was established because Jesus finally began ruling in the heavens in 1914. This date totally wipes out Christ’s given authority already established when he was on earth.  If one is given authority, one uses it, which he did.  He directed his disciples to go and preach; indicating he would be with all his anointed ones "till the end of the age".  Matt 28:19,20   WT's date also indicates that the “good news” Christ and the apostles preached, was not as near as important as what the Watchtower wants to take credit for; yet the reigning symbolic “144,000” preached Christ throughout the last 2,000 years; and for that, were sealed into the Kingdom. 2,000 years of preaching the "good news" compared to about a hundred years by the WT.  However, the Watchtower states that this wasn’t occurring from the second century on; saying God’s people were “captive” in “Babylon” until approximately a hundred years ago.  Hmmm.  No sealing of the anointed ones for almost 2,000 years then?  Even if 144,000 was a literal number, which I don’t believe, it would mean all of them except for the remnant today, would have been sealed within two centuries of Christ’s presence on earth.  They actually base this on another date, five years after 1914; 1919, when “true worship” was to have been restored.  This is a pretty far-fetched idea to think that any anointed priest offering “sacrifices of praise” in pure worship to God, wasn't around for the last 2,000 years before the organization appeared.  Heb 13:15
The end time preaching of the good news has similar characteristics of Christ’s day.  This is where the term “inhabited earth” helps clarify who it is that receives it.  The Kingdom “heirs” to rule with Christ are down to a remnant left on earth, who face the “great tribulation”; an event stronger and different, than what God’s people in covenant faced when Jesus was on earth.  Matt 24:21
And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.  Matt 24:22
Another “abomination” attacks another temple of God; the remnant “living stones” of God’s Temple in Christ.  1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; 1 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2   Jerusalem and the temple was trampled by the Roman army; today New Jerusalem/Temple of God’s people under covenant , is also “trampled” by another “Gentile” power ruling over them.  Rev 11:1,2
The term “inhabited earth” has a deeper meaning than what one may realize. 
Thus says the Lord:
*“Heaven is My throne,
And earth is My footstool.*
Where is the house that you will build Me?
And where is the place of My rest?
2 For all those things My hand has made,
And all those things exist,”
Says the Lord.
“But on this one will I look:
On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit,
And who trembles at My word.”
No literal house is God’s temple today when He has chosen His house built with “living stones” on the Body of Christ.  They are His “footstool”, His inhabited “owned” land with Christ as the chief cornerstone.  1 Pet 2:5,9; Eph 2:20-22
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building. 10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Cor 3:9-11
Please, don’t allow Stephen Lett to rob you of the true meaning of who comprise the Temple of God.  He used this scripture in the Annual 2018 meeting to refer to every JW, which is another ploy to erase the identity and existence of the anointed ones. 
Ezekiel’s vision of the heavenly Temple also verifies that it is spiritual “Israel” sealed into the heavens as God’s dwelling and describes the situation happening today in the Watchtower:
The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the temple.
6 Then I heard Him speaking to me from the temple, while a man stood beside me. 7 And He said to me, “Son of man, *this is the place of My throne and the place of the soles of My feet,* where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. No more shall the house of Israel defile My holy name, they nor their kings, by their harlotry or with the carcasses of their kings on their high places. 8 When they set their threshold by My threshold, and their doorpost by My doorpost, with a wall between them and Me, they defiled My holy name by the abominations which they committed; therefore I have consumed them in My anger. 9 Now let them put their harlotry and the carcasses of their kings far away from Me, and I will dwell in their midst forever. Ezek 43:6-9
 The GB have allowed an “abomination” to “enter” and rule over God’s Temple. The Temple priests are also guilty of allowing another Head to rule over them and not Christ. Ezek 44:6-9; Mal 2:7-9; 3:1-4 This is how the “power of the holy ones is brought to nothing” in the last days, and it is why there is an end time preaching work to the “inhabited earth” now, to the owned land/habitation of God.  Dan 12:7; 2:33,41
“with a wall between them and Me” – There is a “wall” of falsehoods “built” by the organization (which you know can’t be dismissed) that conflicts with pure truth in Christ.  Any teaching that is not true, cannot be sourced in Christ.  The WT leaders are very good at teaching untrue doctrine; yet, they have placed their “threshold” by God’s “threshold”, declaring God’s Holy Spirit has directed them to speak such lies, touting all along that they are “Jehovah’s friend” even when new doctrine is formulated to cover over previous lies.  Can you see these things?  Do you care to?  (Ezek 13) 
It is a fallacy spurred on by the GB, and by those who are “trampling” – ruling over -  the Temple of God, to interpret the “good news” as being preached throughout the world of man today.  Check the Greek meaning for “inhabited earth”.    This is DECEIT, and it is how the anointed are fooled and conquered in the last days; as well as all JWs. 2 Thess 2:11,12   1914 is a “prophesy” that has been spread by “word of mouth” and also by a “letter” – magazine” – that asserts the “day of the Lord has come”.  2 Thess 2:1,2   Firstly, that Christ is finally reigning in the heavens; secondly that the Kingdom was “born” in 1914.  And yet, this birth is followed by “birth pangs”.  Matt 24:4-8  Does this even make sense?
After this announcement, gradually the entrance of the Man Lawlessness that “sits (rules) in the Temple of God” gains power over the Temple priesthood. It is the elder body – an “image” that reflects a “spirit-directed organization”.  Rev 13:1,4,6-8,15
The “good news” is the redemption of “Jacob”, of “Israel”, just as the preaching work of Jesus and the apostles, to the people in covenant with God. Luke 4:17-19; Rev 18:4-8; Rev 11:3; 10:8-11; 1 Thess 5:3
Jesus stated clearly the events, and who would receive the end time preaching of the “good news”, and verse 23 is a scripture I never took note of while in the organization.
“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils (judicial committees)   and scourge you in their synagogues. (“Jewish” meeting places/congregations)18 You will be brought before governors and kings (GB/elder body) for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.  19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; 20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.
21 “Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. 22 And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. (for the sake of Christ anointed ones and companions are disfellowshipped) But he who endures to the end will be saved. 23 When they persecute you in this city, flee to another.
For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes.”  Matt 10:16-23
“You must be on your guard. You will be handed over to the local councils and flogged in the synagogues. On account of me you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them. 10 And the gospel must first be preached to all nations. 11 Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
The circumstances of preaching the good news results from a form of persecution experienced for the sake of Christ, not for the sake of “Jehovah’s organization”.  Anointed today in the organization experience this when coming against the authority of men who rule over them; when their hearts reject falsehood and turn fully to the Father and Christ. Their judgment is a spiritual “death”.   Rev 12:17;13:15; 17:6; 11; 3,7
For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes.”  Matt 10:16-23
 
Are JWs preaching to the nation of Israel, or the whole world?  Those that Christ sends…Rev 11:1-3…preach to spiritual “Israel” and their companions. Rev 18:4-8 is a call to “Israel” – “my people” – God’s owned “inhabited earth“, not to come out of Christendom as JWs teach, but to come out of a “Babylonian” captivity to a delusion built with truth mixed with lies. Rev 8:11 The remnant are “gathered” as one camp, yet “scattered” among the nations of JWs,  and under a spiritual captivity to a Man of Lawlessness and deceit. Joel 3:2; Rev 13:9,10; 20:7-10; Rev 16:13-16; 19:19 
 
This is what the Lord says—
    your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
    who teaches you what is best for you,
    who directs you in the way you should go.
18 If only you had paid attention to my commands,
    your peace would have been like a river,
    your well-being like the waves of the sea.
19 Your descendants would have been like the sand,
    your children like its numberless grains;
their name would never be blotted out
    nor destroyed from before me.”
20 Leave Babylon,
    flee from the Babylonians!
Announce this with shouts of joy
    and proclaim it.
Send it out to the ends of the earth;
    say, “The Lord has redeemed his servant Jacob.”
21 They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts;
    he made water flow for them from the rock;
he split the rock
    and water gushed out.

WT pressing charges and similar. Why, if "prophecies" must be fulfilled? Why if Bible say, "happy are those who are persecuted" ? 
But for what reason? For Justice, Righteousness. Of Christ. "Happy are those who are persecuted because they do what God requires". Not for WT, human religious corporation and organization, requires.

Apples and oranges are blending together, causing a shakeup in the Watchtower,  It all relates to th same underlying problem.

I can’t think of one instance where a news article concerning a child abuse case stated the governing body of the Watchtower was contacted and their answer was…  Always it is, not available for comment, refused to comment, failed to comment, couldn’t be contacted.  As I recall, getting G. Jackson to appear in Australia was not an easy task.  Can the GB claim to lead a spiritual people as Moses did, or compare themselves to the apostles, and also act as weasels?  Moses and the apostles represented the true God in Holy Spirit, which gives the weak courage and motivation to speak truth.

Losch/Loesch (which is the correct spelling) was asked to “testify” for the organization, not for Christ.  This is the difference, a hypocritical organization couldn’t give him courage to “witness” in truth.  If the organization was guiltless before God and had His approval and blessing, would its leaders hesitate in the least to stand before anyone and defend their “decrees” and beliefs?  They would be “inspired” to do so.

I hope you can perceive how its symbolism connects with Watchtower’s definition of itself.  I hope you are capable of looking beyond the apparent superficial, innocent motivation to relate the magazine preaching work to the Inuksuk’s image, and can determine that an idol is now housed within an IDOL.  In my opinion, the Inuksuk’s definition reflects the presumed ideology of the elder body/Man of Lawless presently ruling over the true House of God, the anointed Temple.   Thess 2:3,4; 1 Pet 2:5,9;  1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Cor 6:16-18; Eph 2:20-222

Yes, the Watchtower and its various “Bethels” are a composite idol.   “Bethel” means “house of God”, the dwelling place of God.  Before the Watchtower organization came along God had already began building His dwelling place, when He chose “living stones” to join Christ’s Body.  1 Pet 2:5,9,10; John 2:19-22; 1 Cor 6:15
"Jehovah's Witnesses" believe that the physical buildings and the work that is conducted from within them, is a manifestation of God's house ("Beth-el" = "house of God" Hebrew)...His place of worship, and the dwelling of His spirit. 
I firmly state that this is not only impossible, but it is blasphemy for the "Watchtower" to assume the identity of "Bethel". I propose that the facilities and operations that define the "Watchtower"... it's Headquarters, Branch Offices, and Kingdom Halls, strongly indicate where their power originates, and it is not with God. 
Of course, such assertions have to be proven by scriptural references, if they are true.

God himself knows where His resting place is, and what sort of house in which his spirit dwells. His Word, tells us these things. It is vital to compare His words to what we observe the "Watchtower" to be, as well as what it claims, regarding itself. By means of God's Truth, we are enabled to open our eyes, and wake up!

Where is the resting place of God's spirit on earth?

Isa 66:1,2:
"This is what the Lord says:
'Heaven is my throne,
and the earth is my footstool.
Where is the house that you would build for me,
and where will my resting place be?
2 All these things my hand has made,
and so all these things came into being,”
declares the Lord.
“But this is the one to whom I will look favorably:

God states that He has made the earth and everything in it.
"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and DOES NOT LIVE IN TEMPLES BUILT BY HUMAN HANDS." (Acts 17:24)
Where then, does his spirit rest on earth... His footstool?

Yes, God will dwell in Mt. Zion. 
Where would the location of God's Temple be, in our physical realm? 
Christ is the cornerstone of that Temple, and the living stones added upon the foundation of apostles and prophets (Eph 2:20-22), are those whom God chooses...
the humble, dejected by the world, and God-fearing. His spirit comes to dwell within them (1 Pet 2:5; 1 Cor 3:16,9; 6:19; Heb 3:6; Luke 17:21; 1 Cor 2:9-12)
So, God's "Bethel" is not physical at all, but spiritual (Heb 3:6). His true worshipers worship IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH (John 4:23,24; Ps 51:17,18)... not in million dollar construction projects, or a billion dollar corporation (John 18:36).
It is to be a spiritual house of prayer forever.

Every person can act on his own to represent others, just as G. Jackson did.  No, he had nothing to do with the case and I don't believe Jackson had anything to do with the primary case in Australia.  He barely knew the case.

Think about the case.  Did the Watchtower "do what is good" to begin with?
What I notice Anna, you generally seem unfazed by scripture and its meaning.  I do hope that changes.   
Oh, yes.  It’s the job of I don’t know how many, Watchtower lawyers. The GB makes the doctrine, the elders uphold it whether it is sound from a human standpoint or not, and the lawyers step in to defend an illogical doctrine that has caused misery and havoc throughout the congregations.

Thank you, Anna.  I had already read it, and I understand what you are saying.   I thought it was all about not only showing respect and honor to the authorities, but giving a good “witness” for your faith.   
I can’t think of one instance where a news article concerning a child abuse case stated the governing body of the Watchtower was contacted and their answer was…  Always it is, not available for comment, refused to comment, failed to comment, couldn’t be contacted.  As I recall, getting G. Jackson to appear in Australia was not an easy task.  Can the GB claim to lead a spiritual people as Moses did, or compare themselves to the apostles, and also act as weasels?  Moses and the apostles represented the true God in Holy Spirit, which gives the weak courage and motivation to speak truth. 
“But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name’s sake. 13 But it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony.”  Luke 21:12,13
“But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.”  Mark 13:11 
Losch/Loesch (which is the correct spelling) was asked to “testify” for the organization, not for Christ.  This is the difference, a hypocritical organization couldn’t give him courage to “witness” in truth.  If the organization was guiltless before God and had His approval and blessing, would its leaders hesitate in the least to stand before anyone and defend their “decrees” and beliefs?  They would be “inspired” to do so. 
But the following night the Lord stood by him and said, “Be of good cheer, Paul; for as you have testified for Me in Jerusalem, so you must also bear witness at Rome.”  Acts 23:11
But Festus answered that Paul should be kept at Caesarea, and that he himself was going there shortly. 5 “Therefore,” he said, “let those who have authority among you go down with me and accuse this man, to see if there is any fault in him.”

But hey, we are all  just Imperfect Humans, why to blame his deeds. Why to blame JW rank and file members or even elders, when they get a cigarette smoke, get to much beer,  or sex out of marriage? I said you why! Because People on Position made such Rules for rank and file, for Am Haarets people, NOT for Noble Ones. As always.

We don’t walk away “happy” from the organization. If your emotional and spiritual heart is ripped in two, it takes time to recover.  Matt 24:9,21, Luke 12:53  It takes time to start all over again, learning how we were stumbled, through scripture untainted by men’s doctrine.  It takes time to build a true relationship with the Father and Christ outside of men’s orchestrated doctrinal demands.  Eventually, faith and peace is achieved by understanding the true Shepherd is watching over his sheep, protecting them until he returns.  Matt 5:1-12; John 10:1-5; Luke 15:4-7

I was wondering if someone would bring that out.  Of course, it is all legal.  He was saved from showing face by a Watchtower lawyer who created for him legal jargon to avoid showing in court.  As a member of the GB – “faithful and discreet slave” - he didn’t even have the courage and integrity to represent them.  He could have respectfully shown as directed and explain it in person.  
How faithful is he to scripture?
 Everyone must submit to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist are instituted by God. 2 So then, the one who resists the authority is opposing God’s command, and those who oppose it will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have its approval. 
That is where it starts – “do what is good.” 
4 For government is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, because it does not carry the sword for no reason. For government is God’s servant, an avenger that brings wrath on the one who does wrong. 5 Therefore, you must submit, not only because of wrath, but also because of your conscience. 
Is he afraid?  Is his conscience seared?  1 Tim 4:1,2 
6 And for this reason you pay taxes, since the authorities are God’s public servants, continually attending to these tasks. 7 Pay your obligations to everyone: taxes to those you owe taxes, tolls to those you owe tolls, respect to those you owe respect, and honor to those you owe honor.  Rom 13:1-7
With all the evidence of the GB’s “work” and responsibilities that has been brought out here, how can anyone dismiss Loesch’s obvious lack of courage and integrity to confront a serious claim against “Jehovah’s organization” that he and his fellow “slaves” direct?
Is that all that really matters?  That it is legal?  Where is the spiritual responsibility toward the organization and the people who look to the GB as leaders, as shepherds?  Should JWs defend his act of cowardliness when JW children in school are ridiculed before classmates and teachers for not saluting the flag?
It’s just more evidence that Holy Spirit is not present with its leaders.
