I very much believe it does matter.  In the case of a victim of child abuse, keeping it quiet has kept pedophiles, hidden. If a pedophile is disfellowshipped without being reported to law enforcement, their hidden crime is kept secret, not only from the congregation but from the public at large.  If the pedophile remains in the congregation with the sin kept secret, and the victim ultimately leaves, all sorts of gossip arises and condemns the person leaving.   Keeping an individual’s reason for leaving, quiet, has been an effective way to hide Watchtower’s sins and shift blame onto the one leaving.   Every case of child abuse against WT that makes headlines has the organization’s standard pat answer, ”we abhor child abuse”.  Surely, I am not the only one who is finding this phrase not only redundant but empty of any compassion or promise of comfort.  
I am not sure if you are a JW or a relative of one, but I write this to all JWs, since the essence of your words is a common belief among them.

It’s possible many JWs don’t realize this is a reason for disfellowshipping.  When the organization, its prophetic dates, doctrines and the GB is rejected, bringing one to rely purely on Christ and the Father, this gives favorable ground for disfellowshipping on the basis of “apostasy”. 
I believe the presence of the Watchtower and it’s ruling GB, fulfills prophecy, but not as they believe.  There are plenty of dark “restrictions” set in place to make a person hesitant to leave.  Free will and choice can be clouded by threats, which the organization is very good at accomplishing…
 “Yes, Jehovah will disfellowship those who become lawless, turn to darkness and set up idols. He will expel such persons from his organization. If you want to be of the Lord’s organization, keep clean of the Devil’s world. If you do not want to, then get out of it. “If you are one who has dedicated himself to God, you will seek to obey him and not seek ways to get around his counsel and his laws. You will not seek for loopholes through which you can squirm to avoid some penalizing sanctions from his organization. If you want Jehovah’s blessing and his promised gifts, you must have a keen desire to do what is right in his eyes.”  Wt 65/7/15

Need I go on? The Bible may “state free will and choice”, but the Watchtower projects an ugly consequence when one does engage free will.  I have not read in the scriptures where allegiance to a “society”/”organization”/corporation immersed in the finances of the world, which are necessary for its survival, (otherwise JWs would not be hounded relentlessly to donate), is spoken as the way to obtain eternal life. 
This is what I do see:
My soul, wait silently for God alone,
For my expectation is from Him.
6 He only is my rock and my salvation;
He is my defense; (my high place, high fort, high tower, refuge)
I shall not be moved.
7 In God is my salvation and my glory;
The rock of my strength,

Watchtower leaders call the Wild Beast of Revelation 13:1, “Satan’s organization”. When referring to 2 Thess 2:3,7-10, they say:
“From those words it is evident that the antichrist, the apostate man of lawlessness, “the mystery of this lawlessness,” is Satan’s masterpiece in the form of an organization. Who has been given authority to determine the spiritual standing of the anointed, and anyone?  Elders, who absolutely rule over all in the congregations. Rom 14:4  Should elders, who are spiritually “uncircumcised” replace God’s appointed  “circumcised” priesthood, and  “stand over” (Matt 24:15; Rev 11:1,2) or rule the Temple of God? Do JWs realize that Revelation’s Wild Beast/organization blasphemes God’s Temple and conquers it’s “living stones” at the time of the end? Their personal “daily sacrifices” as God’s priests (not regurgitated “food” from a wicked slave) are eliminated. When speaking about this Wild Beast, WT said,

A quote from the ‘81/5/1 WT referencing Russell’s words of 1884:
“We belong to NO earthly organization; hence, if you should name the entire list of sects, we should answer, No, to each and to all. We adhere only to the heavenly organization —‘whose names are written in heaven.’ (Heb. 12:23; Luke 10:20.) All the saints now living, or that have lived during this age, belonged to OUR CHURCH ORGANIZATION: such are all ONE Church, and there is NO OTHER recognized by the Lord. The true “union of saints”, spiritual “Israel”, would be the called anointed Body of Christ. What has happened over the years during the growth of what is now the Watchtower organization?  What position do the “saints” of today now take?  Russel’s short term view of  organization changed to include not only “Israel”, but the majority of who are not anointed.   No longer do Russel’s words matter concerning the union of Christ’s Body. In fact, in order to preserve the “unity” of “Jehovah’s organization”, the saints “do not try to find other anointed ones so that they can talk about being anointed or meet in groups to study the Bible.”  (wt 16/1 pp 20-26)

This is your history.  I hope you will make the effort to sort through, and unravel Watchtower’s contradictions. 
Compare WT’s quote about the mark of the Beast with this quote:
 “Have you dedicated your life to Jehovah and symbolized your dedication by water baptism? If so, that is wonderful! Recall that on your baptism day, before eyewitnesses, you were asked whether you had dedicated yourself to Jehovah and understood that “your dedication and baptism identify you (mark you) as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with God’s spirit-directed organization.” Your affirmative answers served as a public declaration of your unreserved dedication and showed that you were qualified for baptism as an ordained minister of Jehovah. “Spirit-directed”:  Do you know that the Wild Beast of Rev. 13:1 receives “spirit” from the Beast “with two horns”– Rev 13:11.  This Beast from the earth is a composite false prophet that directs the Wild Beast/organization to spiritually “kill”, or cut off,  all who reject its MARK.    Why two horns? “Two witnesses” are the basis for truth. It (false prophet) deceives those who live on the earth because of the signs that it is permitted to perform in the presence of the beast (remember, it is an organization), telling those who live on the earth to make an image of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. 15 It was permitted to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast could both speak and cause whoever would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.”  Rev 13:14,15
It is a “spirit-directed” image, projecting the impression that it is blessed by Holy Spirit ,and under Christ’s lead. 
WT’s emphasis on “organization” has led JWs away from the true Temple and ultimately, Christ himself.  They preach a “different Jesus”, signifying the nature behind the symbolic battle of Armageddon – distinguishing the counterfeit from the genuine, the lie from the truth. Satan’s kettle of lies is like a simmering stew, where new ingredients are slowly added until he feels he’s met his goal. And he has. Rev 16:13,14 The Temple “stones” have been “trampled” by “Gentiles”. Again, the WT organization, called “earthly Zion” is not the Body of Christ.  The Body is comprised of “living stones”; a spiritual house built through the sealing of all faithful anointed ones over time, with the apostles and prophets as its foundation. It is the true Zion, built on the true cornerstone. Eph 2:20-22  This Body, as the Bride of Christ, has a vital purpose, to teach and support God’s children in the Kingdom. Their existence and their trials in combatting Satan’s demand to test each one as “wheat” using his end time “Beasts”, ultimately brings them to the goal of eternal life in God’s Kingdom only if they succeed in personally casting down Satan and his deceptions. WHO, then, is the cornerstone of the Watchtower, the awesome earthly corporation that is “marvelous” in the eyes of JWs?  Presently, it is the GB members who have assumed the role of Master; when Christ’s own priesthood is told to remain apart from each other, be “humble” and clothe themselves with anonymity.  If they were to gather and study together, it would propose a threat to the Wicked Slave!  Those of the woman covenant who desire to join their Master, Christ and be “in union” with the Body leave the WT, speaking truth, and are disfellowshipped for doing so. I am at a loss to explain what affliction is experienced behind that last sentence.  It isn't easy, to say the least, since Satan is unrelenting in giving up one of “the remaining ones of the woman’s seed.” However, by leaving the oppression and lies behind, a door is opened that no one can shut.  Rev 3:8; Jer 50:33,34; 29:10-14  Sata has one last chance to deceive the remnant “kings” who are to be found refined, cleansed and blameless before the Kingdom arrives.  As the WT said, the Beast of Rev 13:1 is Satan’s “masterpiece”, his greatest captivating delusion,  in the form of an organization.  2 Thess 2:9-12
Did you know that the Watchtower admits that “organization” is a relatively new term spearheaded in the 1920’s?  They say it isn’t a word found in the Bible.
 “The word “organization” does not appear in the Bible, and back in the 1920’s, ‘God’s organization’ was a new expression.” Wt 98/9/1
“In the early 1920’s, during morning worship, a member of the Society’s editorial staff used the expression ‘God’s organization.’ This so stimulated their thinking that by 1925 the brothers had come to see that there are two distinct and opposing organizations, Jehovah’s and Satan’s. —w85 3/15 p. 10.

It is imperative that all JWs know how anointed ones and companions who love Christ and the Father leave the WT, and are thrown out of the “synagogue”; because indeed, it fulfills prophesy.  The cartoon sketch below earlier posted by Jack Ryan, prompted me to pull up an old comment I had posted here.  In light of one of the latest Watchtower study articles, “Do You Have the Facts”, I have added a few more thoughts.  Well, probably more than a few.
Watchtower’s governing body member, Anthony Morris, stated that the “theocratic organization” receives its decisions or “decrees” from God.  He comments,
“When that direction comes out to Branch committee members, or when it comes out to the congregations; If YOU WANT JEHOVAH’S BLESSING  ON YOU as an individual or family, certainly as an elder or congregation, it’d be best to ask Jehovah to help you understand it, BUT OBEY THE DECISION.
In clashing contrast, Watchtower’s  “Winning the Battle For Your Mind” states:
Keep in mind that Satan does not want you to think clearly or reason things out well. Why? Because propaganda “is likely to be most effective,” says one source, “if people . . . are discouraged from thinking critically.” (Media and Society in the Twentieth Century) So never be content passively or blindly to accept what you hear. (Prov. 14:15) Use your God-given thinking abilities and power of reason to make the truth your own. —Prov. 2:10-15;Rom. 12:1, 2.

The pendulum has swung the other way with this statement.  Ah, but something important was omitted from the source’s quote, provided by someone on another forum:

Satan’s ploy to keep us from thinking clearly or reasoning on another’s teachings or findings, is exactly Morris’ intentions when saying, OBEY, NO MATTER WHAT YOU FEEL.  I think it’s clear to every JW why the magazine intentionally left out part of the quote. 
Watchtower’s recent study article, “Do You Have the Facts?” states –
“AS TRUE Christians, we need to develop the ability to evaluate information and reach accurate conclusions. (Prov. 3:21-23; 8:4, 5) If we do not cultivate this ability, we will be far more vulnerable to the efforts of Satan and his world to distort our thinking. JWs, where would you find facts to refute the obvious “propaganda” coming from the mouth of Anthony Morris?  The Bible can help us discern what is true and false.

This is utterly impossible, since the Governing Body admitted they are not  inspired.  (Wt. 2017/2 pp. 20-26, par. 12 
Anthony Morris commented, “the decisions that are made by the faithful slave today, are made collectively.  Not one MAN is making these decisions, these decisions are MADE COLLECTIVELY”.

Is there really another “channel” aside from Holy Spirit? Yes, there is.

The Lawyers and Accountants are now deciding Theology and Doctrine for Jehovah's Witnesses.
The GB are merely puppets to their "Helpers", the Society's Lawyers, and the Society's Accountants.
Currently, if we separate blood into fractions and hook up 13 different IV's, it's "legal".

 Although you sympathize with the Watchtower, you have ideas that just wouldn’t fly if you were a JW.  To be so vocal about those ideas as a dedicated JW, could cause you to be disfellowshipped.  Then, you would understand what it means to be cut off – spiritually viewed as dead – by those you thought were your brothers and sisters.  As it is, within the Watchtower organization, you are not presently even considered a “brother”.  Your views are shrugged off by the majority since you are perceived as never receiving “the truth”. 
If you were to dare preach Christ as your only Head, you would be disfellowshipped, for the GB has assumed headship over the anointed and all.  If you disagreed with a teaching, knowing full well it had the ability to change within a few years and voiced it as the lie that it was shown up to be, you would be disfellowshipped.  
As a JW, where would your love for pure worship come to an end?  Would you continue to proclaim your beliefs as you do here, or would you fall into the fear of men and refuse to speak up for Truth?  This is where JWs are at.  Either they buckle down and accept all of the GB’s teachings, or they express themselves as Christ did, and face the cutting off that he predicted would happen to those who love HIM and not a blasphemous organization. 
As much as you want to be, you are not my teacher.  That would be Christ and the Holy Spirit.  If I share the same belief as other anointed ones, we are working as the Body should, under one Lord, one faith, one baptism.   Eph 4:3-5

@Space Merchant , You must type awfully fast   We've already discussed the "new creation" in Christ.  I'm sorry you don't get it.  We also have discussed "earthly" Jerusalem, which still boggles my mind.  The fulfillment today is with "New Jerusalem" - the literal Jerusalem has nothing to do with prophecy.  In fact, JWs will tell you the same.  
Your positions that have met approval here have not met the approval of the GB, thus with all JWs.   The Watchtower teaches it is the "one true religion".  That's it, only that religion.  YOU are not part of that perceived one true religion. 
Do you understand...yet?  You are welcome to rant at me all you like, but my views and my belief in Christ and the spiritual "New Jerusalem", holds. If we held the same belief, I may accept your corrections, but we don't.

Preaching to Israel -

The “inhabited earth” is the dwelling of God – “Israel”.  Acts 7:48-50; 1 Cor 3:16,17; 2 Cor 6:14-18
How can an organization offer life?  Is the Watchtower run by a different means than any other organizations in the world?  It uses your money, time, and dedication to keep it afloat.  Matt 6:24 
It is part of this world.  How foolish to think we can use the very resources the world offers and then label it a theocracy ruled by God. 
“ Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.”  1 John 2:16
There is only one gate, one door -  Christ Jesus.  John 10  You hear about him on occasion, but  another door - “Jehovah’s organization” -  and another Master, the “slave”, takes the spotlight. 
Not everyone who is disfellowshipped runs off to commit sin, free to do whatever they want.  Anointed and those not anointed, desire to serve the one true Master, Christ, and the Father.  Their obedience to them is direct.  They don’t need a wicked slave to authorize every detail of their life, from clothing to the form of praise they must offer to “Jehovah”.  Rev 13:1,4,11,14-17  I doubt JWs can imagine being guided by Holy Spirit first-hand when their governing body admits it is not.
There is one “organization” that Jesus and God have authorized and it has no part in the riches of the world.  John 2:19,21; 1 Pet 2:4-10; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22; Heb 12:18-24; Isa 55:1; Rev 22:17

Some scriptures have links.  For those that don’t, I do hope you look into the Bible and read.
What is your definition of “false doctrine”?  Being labeled an apostate by the Watchtower is the rejection of their own teachings unique to the organization.  If I believe in the Father and Christ, and are guided by God’s Word, I am not an apostate according to God’s Word.
We’ll start by seeing what the Watchtower says about its prophetic abilities:
"Of course, it is easy to say that this group acts as a 'prophet' of God. It is another thing to prove it. The only way that this can be done is to review the record. What does it show?" (Watchtower April 1, 1972, p. 197)
What does the records show?  Let’s look at just a few examples over a hundred year span. 
"In view of this strong Bible evidence concerning the Times of the Gentiles, we consider it an established truth that the final end of the kingdoms of this world, and the full establishment of the kingdom of God, will be accomplished by the end of A.D. 1914." (The Time Is At Hand, 1902 edition, p. 99)
The "Gentile Times" prove that the present governments must all be overturned about the close of 1915 A.D." Studies In the Scriptures Series II - The Time Is At Hand 1915 ed. pp.99, 101, 242
"Shortly, within our twentieth century, the "battle in the day of Jehovah" will begin against the modern antitype of Jerusalem, Christendom." The Nations Shall Know That I Am Jehovah p. 216

Your Awake magazines before 11/8/1995, use to have this statement on the inner cover:
 "Why Awake is Published" “Most important, this magazine builds confidence in the Creator's promise of a peaceful and secure new world before the generation that saw the events of 1914 passes away." 
That generation who saw the events of 1914 is no longer alive!  The magazine now states:
"Most important, this magazine builds confidence in the Creator's promise of a peaceful and secure world that is about to replace the present wicked, lawless system of things."
Do you hear Christ’s voice in any of these teachings?  Did your leaders hear Christ’s voice when they fabricated such teachings?   The failed doctrines of “this generation” are so twisted and so plentiful I chose not to list them.  But, I encourage you to check out Watchtower’s lengthy history of changed teachings regarding it.  It is JWs who follow a “Judas goat”/false prophets, putting their lives in jeopardy.  Jer 5:31  Jesus said we would recognize both false prophets and those he sends by the “fruit”/teachings they produce which is to last – not be discarded as you would toss aside a rotten apple.  John 15:4-8,16;13:20; Matt 24:4,5

Simply, the “prophets” of the organization since its inception have and continue to speak presumptuously on behalf of God, or in the name of another “god” (Jehovah’s organization)…and fail time and time again in their “predictions”.  There really is no wiggle room to get around what God predicts as their outcome. 
Jesus did not forego speaking up for Truth and exposing lies.  Those of Christ’s Body – the anointed ones – must also speak up for Truth, especially among each other.  2 Cor 10:4,5
 
The entire world is pressing its nose against Watchtower's windows.  No longer, can Watchtower hide its secrets.  Disfellowshipping has caused thousands to lose connection with their families; it has driven people to take their life; yet, I believe JWs seem to take all of this with tongue in cheek.  Victims of child abuse by other members of the organization, have been disfellowshipped; while perpetrators remain in the congregation.  I am sorry that you are so indoctrinated, you cannot see the lack of love among your leaders, who have twisted this form of counsel - into a catalyst of hate and destruction. Your use of John 10:27 reminded me of a time in the JW “preaching work” with a woman who approached a man working in his yard. When he rejected her message, she walked away calling out loudly, “Christ’s sheep know his voice”.  This puzzled me, since our message was based on “Jehovah”, the organization, a paradise only obtainable through the organization, and the kingdom that supposedly began in 1914. I wondered if I had personally heard Christ’s voice. To believe that you have, while in the organization is pure folly. The governing body’s voices are much louder and much more demanding than Christ’s.  1 Cor 7:23; Rom 6:16; Matt 11:28-30  It wasn’t until leaving the Wt. did I “hear” his voice, unclouded by men’s doctrine loaded with falsehood.  I learned it was okay to respond to his voice in prayer, something that your Pharisee-like leaders tell you not to do.  John 6:68,69    Ask yourself, who’s voice are you really hearing?  Jesus did say those who hear his voice, follow him. An earthly corporation with many earthly holdings, is not the gate/door to salvation. Matt 6:24; Acts 4:12   Clearly, if you read the scriptures, Jesus is the gate, and the shepherd of his sheep. John 10:9  I am relieved and blessed I now recognize Christ’s voice.  It is no longer a stranger to me.  I am so grateful I ‘ran away’ from the thieves, your leaders, who preach “another Jesus” deliberately, to mislead the flock.    2 Cor 11:3,4; Ps 52:1-7

Regarding 2 Thess 2:7.  I really hope you can put aside your defense for the organization and try to engage yourself in these scriptures.
2 Thess 2:7 – (AMP)  “For the mystery of lawlessness [rebellion against divine authority and the coming reign of lawlessness] is already at work; [but it is restrained] only until he who now restrains it is taken out of the way. “
2 Thess 2:6 – “And you know what restrains him now [from being revealed]; it is so that he will be revealed at his own [appointed] time.”
This lawlessness is not accomplished by one person, but a collective reign -  a power that has now been revealed.  The “day of the Lord” is prophesied to have come in 1914 by your literature.
 Look what 2 Thess 2: 1,2 says about this:
“Now in regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to meet Him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to be quickly unsettled or alarmed either by a [so-called prophetic revelation of a] spirit or a message or a letter [alleged to be] *from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has [already] come.” 
*”from us” – from other anointed ones, but who have “gone out” from the Body.  1 John 2:19
In other words, you should reject Watchtower’s “revelation” about 1914!  Why?
“Let no one in any way deceive or entrap you, for that day will not come unless the apostasy comes first [that is, the great rebellion, the abandonment of the faith by professed Christians], and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction [the Antichrist, the one who is destined to be destroyed], 4 who opposes and exalts himself [so proudly and so insolently] above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he [actually enters and] takes his seat in the temple of God, publicly proclaiming that he himself is God.”  2 Thess 2:3,4

To te anointed ones of his time, Paul said:

How would a collective “man of lawlessness” reign, or “take his seat” over the anointed priesthood of God?  It has developed gradually, and it is within the organization where the anointed are found.  The elder body are, in God’s sight, “foreigners” standing in the Temple of God. 2 Chron 23:6,7; Num 18:7; Ezek 44:6-9 They have been given authority by the administrating anointed ones (GB) to “rule” God’s personal “heritage” – His chosen people.  Isa 43:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9,10; Matt 24:48-51  This is the lawlessness at work among those who “profess” to be Christians.  2 Chron 13:9

Do you know where we can find further description of this present “lawlessness”? It is in the Beast of Revelation 13:1,18, and the 4th Beast of Daniel’s image. (Dan 7:7)
This Beast, (Rev 13:1) along with Revelation’s false prophet (Rev 13:11) unitedly work together to claim power over the “holy ones.”  Rev 13:6,7; Dan 12:7  YOU reside with the anointed ones.  YOU accept the lawless rule over them, and over yourself.   When Jesus prophesied that a “disgusting thing” would be found in the temple, it was a two-fold prophesy.  It came upon the city of Jerusalem leading to its destruction by a Gentile Roman army.  It has appeared again upon the “New Jerusalem”/Temple of God – the anointed Body of Christ. Matt 24:15,16; Rev 11:1-3  Those who are not anointed as spiritual “Israel”, are spiritual “Gentiles”.  Rom 2:28,29; Rev 7:4  The elder body is by far, not anointed.
Christ’s voice is heard by those who reject the Beasts and their great deception to come against the “remaining ones of the woman’s seed”.  Rev 12:17  I do hope you ask God if you are on the side of pure, unadulterated by falsehoods, TRUTH, since you are seeing the effects of the battle of truth against lies.  Those anointed “kings” who side with Christ in truth, against anointed “kings” who side with Satan and his delusion.  2 Thess 2:9-12; Rev 20:7-9
2 Thess 2:9,10  (AMP)“The coming of the [Antichrist, the lawless] one is through the activity of Satan, [attended] with great power [all kinds of counterfeit miracles] and [deceptive] signs and false wonders [all of them lies], 10 and by unlimited seduction to evil and with all the deception of wickedness for those who are perishing, because they did not welcome the love of the truth [of the gospel] so as to be saved [they were spiritually blind, and rejected the truth that would have saved them]. 11 Because of this God will send upon them a misleading influence, [an activity of error and deception] so they will believe the lie, 12 in order that all may be judged and condemned who did not believe the truth [about their sin, and the need for salvation through Christ], but instead took pleasure in unrighteousness.”
Do you believe the lie that Christ approves of failed doctrines?  That God approves an organization that must be cherished and revered as one’s path to salvation over His Son?  Do you believe the anointed ones, God’s true priesthood/teachers must remain apart from one another in the organization as your leaders teach you? Do you believe the organization is “spirit-directed” by God, when its leaders have admitted they personally, are not?   All of these things are what the Watchtower teaches.

I'll agree this topic has certainly gone way off line but I didn't start it and I don't want the limelight, even though some may think i do.
The word Apostate just means someone that has turned away from their former religion. So the disciples were in fact Apostates to the Jewish religion.  But the JW Org seem to want it to mean, someone who has turned against God and Jesus Christ.
Hence the JW Org love the word Apostate as it serves as ammunition for them to dislike / not talk to former Witnesses. A rather sad situation but that's as it is.
Tom has made a number of sweeping statements or suggestions or implications here, some of which hold water others not.
I'll agree with Tom that the 'homosexual lifestyle' is something that some ex JW's  turn to. I was very disappointed with the 'protests' in London earlier this year, outside of JW conventions. I'm glad I was not any part of those protests. One particular homoseual showing off and becoming 'famous' amongst the protesters. Yuk.
Tom's next statement is so much a blanket statement that i would have thought it was beneath him.

There are so many things in your last paragraph that try to once again blanket over all, that it is laughable. 
1. Theocracy. Where is your proof of it ?  Catholics could say the same sentence that you have written.
In fact, many of Jehovah’s Witnesses / Catholics / Protestants  disagree with this or that aspect of theocracy. Is it so funny.
Unless you can prove without doubt, that the JW Org and it's Governing Body are being directly guided by God through Jesus Christ, then what you are  saying means nothing. 
2.  "We are after all being taught by Jehovah".  Sweeping statement with again no proof.
Tom, we come back to,  'Can you prove the GB are the Faithful and discreet slave ?' Can you prove they are getting direct information from Jehovah ? If not then your above statement is at best a guess.

Um, my brother is an Elder in a congregation here in England and he agrees with me that if you ask to many questions and if you disagree with the GB, you can and probably will be disfellowshipped for, "Causing a division within the congregation".

All confusion is based on the erroneous teaching of when the symbolic Thousand Year reign of Christ takes place.  From the day he took his throne alongside God, he has been ruling.

Since the first century, each anointed under Christ must personally defeat the enemy, Satan.  Those proven faithful, sacrifice their life for Truth, in imitation of their Master.  John 12:24,25; Rom 6:5; Rev 6:9-11  Satan has demanded to sift each one as “wheat” to prove each one’s faithfulness to God.   Rev 2:10; Luke 22:31
Rev 20:4 – “Then I saw thrones, and people seated on them who were given authority to judge. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and who had not accepted the mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.”
( Luke 15:24,32; Rom 6:11; Eph 2:1-6; Rev 5:9,10; [Rev 3:1])
Rev 20:4 is speaking of those anointed since Christ who successfully defeated whatever Satan threw at them during their physical lifetime.  But, during the last days, Satan crafts a new plan to take down the remaining anointed, the last of the “woman’s seed”.  Rev 12:17
The abyss/Hades is darkness, a place of “not perceiving”.  When Satan was “chained” and thrown into the abyss by Christ, he had no ability to fabricate his last scheme to come against the remnant.  He was “restrained” for the symbolic “thousand years”. Rev 20:3  When let loose from this restraint, he then instigated his “Beasts” of Revelation that CONQUER the “saints”/”holy ones”.  THEY receive the “mark of the Beast on their foreheads or their hands.” 
“He (Beast/false prophet)  causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Rev 13:16,17
Buy or sell what?  Spiritual provisions or “wormwood”, issued from the mouth of false prophet/beast, and “sold” under the name of the Beast. Rev 8:10,11  The price?  One’s dedication and “worship” to this powerful, most amazing Beast of Rev 13:1,3,4
So, the “beast and its image” of Rev 20:4 doesn’t make an appearance until after the thousand year reign of Christ is completed, and who’s existence culminates during the Great Tribulation. Jesus pointed out how difficult the time period would be for God’s “elect”. 
“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.23 “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. 24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand.”  Matt 24:21-25
“The beast was given a mouth to utter boasts and blasphemies. It was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. 6 It began to speak blasphemies against God: to blaspheme His name and His dwelling—those who dwell in heaven. 7 And it was permitted to wage war against the saints and to conquer them. It was also given authority over every tribe, people, language, and nation. 8 All those who live on the earth will worship it, everyone whose name was not written from the foundation of the world in the bookof life of the Lamb who was slaughtered.”
The “dwelling” of God is His Temple - the anointed ones – 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22
 The Beast image is directed by a false prophet/Harlot who “breathes” life into the image. (footnote in NKJV says, “or spirit or life” which equates to a “spirit-directed” image) God’s people succumb to the delusion.  2 Thess 2:9-12   Watchtower calls these Beasts, Christendom and the United Nations, but the UN has not “conquered” the “dwelling” of God.  Every one of the anointed, from all tribe, people, language, and nation have not lost their life for their “testimony to Christ”.  They bear the mark of the Beast.  Also, everyone else under the Beast, from all tribe, people, language and nation are under the “authority” of the Beast.  They must obey, or be “killed”.
Those who resist the Beast and its false prophet, although decreed as spiritually “dead”, come alive in Christ if they choose to listen and follow, God’s Son.   
“Then I was given a measuring reed like a rod, with these words: “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count those who worship there. 2 But exclude the courtyard outside the temple. Don’t measure it, because it is given to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for forty-two months. 3 I will grant my two witnesses authority to prophesy for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth.” 4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.  Rev 11:1-4
“When they finish their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war on them, conquer them, and kill them.” Rev 11:7
How does the beast come out of the abyss?  Satan, who has been let loose from the abyss, brings with him, his fabrication to deceive. He uses the false prophet/beast of Rev 13:11 to introduce it.  From that point, the Beast from the (“Gentile”) Sea (Rev 13:1) takes on a life of its own as “spirit-directed”.    Rev 13:1,2; Rev 9:1-6
“But after three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet. Great fear fell on those who saw them. 12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” They went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies watched them.”  Rev 11:11,12
These are the anointed who successfully overcome the Beast.  This can happen while still living on the earth.  Heb 12:1; 12:22; Rev 5:9,10
Rev 20:5 – “The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed.”
All who “worship”/revere the “inspired” Beast, are not written in the Lamb’s Book of life.  Rev 13:8
The book of Revelation exposes the end time assault to come against God’s anointed servants under the “woman covenant”.  Rev 1:1; Gal 4:26; Rev 12:3,4
Gog and Magog give other characteristics of the two Beasts.  They surround the “encampment of the saints”/anointed holy people, who have been deceived by the devil.    Rev 20:9    The "saints" are found "gathered" in the Watchtower.  No other alternate "organization" or leaders have the ability to know who they might be.
“The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”  Rev 20:10
There is no escape from the “lake of fire and sulfur” to deceive twice.  This event could not occur after Armageddon, and after a “thousand year” time of peace, since it is the anointed “saints” that Rev 20:9 addresses.  The faithful, sealed anointed will be ruling with Christ in God’s Kingdom after Armageddon, which brings an end to all evil, and of Satan.
Again, 1 Cor  15:24,25 - “Then comes the end, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when he abolishes all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he puts all his enemies under his feet.”   
The end time tribulation is all based on deceit – what we spiritually want to perceive. If we “conquer” the deceit, our heart truly desires to know and walk in truth. This is how we gain life.  We must overcome the deception, “wormwood”, slavery to men, all falsehoods, and the fear that men have more say over our spirituality than Christ himself. Dan 8:11
Leaving all of that behind is what Jesus’ faithful disciples had to do in the first century and what is happening to those who are "killed" - disfellowshipped - by the Beast.
“Therefore, everyone who will acknowledge me before others, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever denies me before others, I will also deny him before my Father in heaven. 34 Don’t assume that I came to bring peace on the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I came to turn
a man against his father,
a daughter against her mother,
a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
36 and a man’s enemies will be
the members of his household.
37 The one who loves a father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; the one who loves a son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And whoever doesn’t take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. 39 Anyone who finds his life will lose it, and anyone who loses his life because of me will find it.”
The faithful are killed by the Wild Beast because of their testimony about Jesus Christ and his glory – not “Jehovah”, and not “Jehovah’s organization”.  Rev 12:11,17;19:10;20:4  They stand only for him and the Father.  John 4;23,24
How difficult it is for JWs to realize their love for the organization – the Wild Beast -  takes precedence over any love they may have for Christ.

Are you an Elder's wife, or even an elder in drag ?  
When i was 13 years old I was taken from my parents and placed in a 'Children's Home' in my hometown of Reading Berkshire England. 
I was taken from my parents through the court, for not attending senior school on a regular basis. 
Now a Children's Home is a council run 'house' which is supposed to be a 'safe and kind environment' to help children.
No, it was a wicked place. Whist there I suffered sexual abuse, physical beatings, emotional torment and mental strain, not from the other boys, but by the people employed to run the 'house'. I was taken to a 'head shrink' and put on drugs, which quietened me down, so that the male homosexual pedophile social worker could sexually assault me on a regular basis. 
Remember now that this was a council / government run establishment. Therefore I could not run to the police for help as they would have defended the 'Home' against me. I was constantly threatened that if I told anyone I would be sent to an 'Approved School', which I knew to be ten times worse.
At 16½ I found employment as was then able to leave the Home, although i was still under the control of the Social services until i was 18. But having been kept on drugs until I left, I then needed a replacement. So I became a small time drugs dealer so that i could get my own share for free. At that time in my life I was not a nice person to be with.  I attempted suicide once and was unconscious for at least three days. 
Then at around age 18 or 19 my brother introduced me to the JW version of the 'truth'. It seemed fantastic. Almost unbelievable. Etc, etc , etc.
Then a couple of years ago I first heard about the accusations of pedophilia in the JW Org.  I tried my best to ignore it as most JW's do. But finally last year, around August /September time I did my own research. What i found out made me sick in my stomach. What I've learnt about how Elders have treated congregants, especially young ones, has made me more than bitter.
It has affected me in many ways. Firstly, the Governing Body has made rules that go directly against Jehovah God. Secondly, the Elders have carried out those rules just like puppets on strings, with no emotions, no love and most importantly no respect for Jehovah God.
This has brought shame on Jehovah's name. 
Next, and unless you have experienced similar, you will have no idea, and I mean NO IDEA. I feel so much pain for the victims that have to live with the memories, the nightmares and the shame they feel. 
And I relive all my horrific past every time I read the next installment of the disgusting behavior of the Elders in the many congregations Earthwide, yes EARTHWIDE. I only know about, Australia, Canada, America, The Netherlands and the UK. But it must be in every nation, every country that Jehovah's Witnesses are in. 
So I tell you again, I LEFT THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES ORGANISATION BECAUSE OF THE CHILD ABUSE / PEDOPHILIA  PROBLEM EARTHWIDE. 

If you do not believe me then it seems you are calling me a liar. This is general practice for JW's that don't want to believe something. It starts with the GB and follows through with the elders. The Two Witness rule being a good example. Do you honestly think the Two Witness rule was meant to be used in a Child Abuse case ? And yet it is not used when a couple are accused of fornication. 
However, I shall say again. I left the JW Org because of the Child Abuse / Pedophilia problem Earthwide. I found out how serious the problem was by doing three months research online... It was impossible to talk about it in the congregation because it would have been a 'crime' worthy of disfellowshipment. 
Are you American ? (I never bother trying to dig into people's personal info'). The reason i ask is because Americans are raised on the thinking of 'Collateral damage' being ok. So it seems with you, if you are in agreement with the GB. However Jesus said ....
But whoever stumbles one of these little ones who have faith, it would be better for him if a millstone that is turned by a donkey were put around his neck and he were pitched into the sea. (Mark 9 v 42)
Your GB seem to think otherwise. They think it is ok to ruin lives by allowing pedophiles to be hidden in the JW Org. Oh, how many people have been stumbled by this ? How much blood does your GB have on their hands ? 
So you see, I honestly and sincerely could not go out and teach others, with the intention of bringing them into an Org, that allows such wicked things to happen. I did not want to be responsible for giving people a false sense of security, knowing the safety of their children could be at such risk.... 
Whether you believe me is of no importance of course. What is important is that God Himself knows the truth of the matter and either He or Jesus Christ will judge me on it. 

In a perfect scenario, the whole House of God, His Temple, (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22) would be “faithful and discreet”. Of course, that will be fulfilled in the Kingdom.    WT has gradually shaved down just who they say are the F&D slaves, to include only themselves.  Fitting to prophesy about them, they have become the “wicked slave” beating down their fellow slaves by using their handy henchmen, the elder body, who have power and authority over the rest of God’s anointed, and all JWs.  Matt 24:48-51  How I wish JWs could see they are all enslaved to other masters– the governing body and elder body/organization. Isa 2:22 From one side of their mouth spouts an allegiance to God, from the other is required allegiance to an organization built on the money gained from the pockets of those who are captivated by “empty philosophy”.  They have deluded the anointed and all, that God is okay with this.  Hos 8:2,3; Matt 6:24; Col 2:6
“So likewise you, when you have done all those things which you are commanded, say, ‘We are unprofitable servants. We have done what was our duty to do.’ ”  Luke 17:10
The governing body members do not view themselves as a humble lot, or “unprofitable”, but are extremely confident in exalting their position with Christ. Yet, their “profit” comes from the one who offers the very status and treasures they now hold; certainly not from Christ who has no interest in earthly holdings.  Luke 4:7; 19:22; Matt 25:29-30  According to Christ, each slave must remain “on the vine” with him, to become a well of water “springing up” to impart everlasting life.  Matt 25:23; John 4:14; John 15:4-8   Satan has gradually corrupted Christ’s words through the WT, to mislead the last of those under the “woman covenant”. Gal 4:26; Rev 12:1-4  He has taken Jesus words and parables, giving them a new twist that ‘springs up’ as if living water, but is indeed, floodwaters of lies.  Rev 12:15,16; Luke 6:48,49
So the first of those who become this source of living water since Christ and during the last days, are the faithful  “virgins”, priests, prophets, teachers, etc., of God. Matt 25:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9; 2 Cor 11:2; 1 Cor 12:28,29;Rev 14:4,5  It is their duty to serve in this capacity as a sort of conduit imparting his living water to mankind.   Mal 2:7; 1 Tim 4:16   Jesus knew Satan’s charade was to occur in the last days through the Watchtower/Wild Beast and the false prophet/Beast with two horns.  He gave fair warning, explicitly telling us to examine the fruit of each slave, well aware of false prophets who leave their union with him, to serve themselves and their new master. Matt 7:15-20  Jesus does not expect us to accept just anyone, but only those who remain “on the vine”. If an anointed one regurgitates the same teachings issued by a false prophet who overpowers them, they are in danger of being permanently cut off from the source of living water, the source of Holy Spirit.   John 15:1,2; Matt 25:3; 16:26  He encourages us to seek out those ‘in him’, (John 6:56;17:20-23) and not choke down rotten fruit or teachings, with the hope they eventually improve with age, or I should say, disappear in time. I doubt a JW would buy a basket of fruit with moldy and rotten culls found among some nice specimens, at a premium cost. However, this is the case with those who remain in the WT. At the cost of their life’s dedication to an organization, they are spiritually starving, and they put up with it; because the organization makes the unsavory threat that everyone and every aspect of life as a JW will be lost, if they refuse to gulp down the bad along with the good. Rev 18:8; 2 Cor 11:19,20; Rev 13:11,15; Matt 10:39; 16:25
If each one of us accepts whom JESUS sends, we have perceived his words of truth and life.  Matt 10:42; Luke 9:48 If we are thirsty enough, we too become filled with living water.  Prov 13:14;18:4; Isa 48:18; Matt 5:6;  Rev 22:1,2 (“trees” represent the faithful anointed in Christ, Ps 1:1-3; Isa 41:17-20)
 

To one of the foundation stones of the living Temple of God, (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17) Jesus said,
