  1. Lessons From the Birds of the Heavens “Those hoping in Jehovah will regain power. They will soar on wings like eagles.” (Isaiah 40:31) ????? “Ask, please, . . . the birds of the heavens, and they will tell you. Who among all these does not know that the hand of Jehovah has done this?”—Job 12:7, 9. ????? Eagle The eagle is mentioned many times in the Bible, and its striking silhouette is a familiar feature of the Promised Land. From its nest high up on a cliff, the eagle “searches for food; its eyes look far into the distance.” (Job 39:27-29) Its sight is so powerful that the eagle can reportedly spot a rabbit half a mile (1 km) away. ????? Just as the eagle can “look far into the distance,” Jehovah is able to look far into the future. Thus, Jehovah God declared: “From the beginning I foretell the outcome, and from long ago the things that have not yet been done.” (Isaiah 46:10) By heeding Jehovah’s counsel, we can benefit from his matchless wisdom and foresight.—Isaiah 48:17, 18. ????? The Bible also compares those who trust in God to eagles: “Those hoping in Jehovah will regain power. They will soar on wings like eagles.” (Isaiah 40:31) An eagle soars by using thermals, or columns of rising warm air. Once the eagle locates a thermal, it spreads out its wings and circles around within the column of air, rising higher and higher. The eagle does not depend on its own strength to soar and glide long distances. ????? Likewise, those who trust in Jehovah can look to him as the one who promises them “the power beyond what is normal.”—2 Corinthians 4:7, 8. https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2016404

  5. @SHARON LEE MOYER Blessings are from Jehovah! We all will face trials. Some worse than others. Remember Jehovah had to face His Son dying and His death for you and I. So much love, we give love back to Him, showing how grateful we are to Him and to Our Lord Christ Jesus. We know this life is temporary and soon we will all have perfection! Oh so many blessings. Pray for all suffering for His Name sake! Soon His Will, will be accomplished forever! Agape, ?????
  6. “CONSIDER ONE ANOTHER” "Support the weak."—1 Thess. 5:14. ??????? To “consider one another” means to think about the needs of others. We will not know what the needs of our brothers are if we just greet them quickly at the Kingdom Hall or talk to them only about unimportant things. Of course, we do not want to be more curious about other people’s lives than we should be. (1 Thessalonians 4:11; 1 Timothy 5:13) ??????? But we want to try to get to know our brothers. We want to know about their situation in life, their qualities, their strengths, their weaknesses, and their feelings about the truth. They need to know that we are their friends and that we love them. We have to spend time with them, not just when they have problems and get discouraged, but at other times too.—Romans 12:13. ??????? Our brothers need to know that we are their friends and that we love them. ??????? Paul told the congregation in Thessalonica: “Support the weak.” (Read 1 Thessalonians 5:14.) “The weak” include those who are depressed and those who are discouraged. Proverbs 24:10 says: “Have you shown yourself discouraged in the day of distress? Your power will be scanty.” If we want to support those who are deeply discouraged, we need to remember that their words may at times become “wild talk.” (Job 6:2, 3) ??????? They may say things they do not really mean. Rachelle, whose mother became seriously depressed, learned this from experience. Rachelle says: “Many times Mom would say something very hateful. Most of these times, I tried to remind myself of the kind of person Mom really is—loving, kind, and generous. I learned that depressed people say many things they do not mean. The worst thing that one can do is to return evil words or actions.” Proverbs 19:11 says: “The insight of a man certainly slows down his anger, and it is beauty on his part to pass over transgression.” ??????? Paul wrote: “Let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works.” We do this by helping our brothers to show love and to do what is good. To illustrate: If we want to keep a fire burning, we may need to stir the coals and fan the flames. ??????? (2 Timothy 1:6) In the same way, there are things we can do to help our brothers feel motivated to keep serving Jehovah zealously. One of the best ways of doing this is by commending our brothers for the good things they do. ??????? We feel encouraged when someone tells us that we are doing something well. ??????? A discouraged person may not immediately feel better or accept our help at first. We may need to keep on supporting him for some time. Paul said: “Keep hold of the weak, be patient with everybody.” (1 Thessalonians 5:14, An American Translation) Instead of quickly giving up on the weak, let us “keep hold” of them by continuing to help them. In the past, Jehovah was patient with those of his servants who were discouraged. For example, God is very patient. ?????? SOME EXPRESSIONS EXPLAINED ?To “consider one another”: To think of the needs of our brothers. To do that, we need to get to know our brothers well ?To “incite to love and fine works”: To help our brothers to show love and to do what is good. One of the best ways to do that is by commending them ?To ‘encourage one another’: To strengthen and comfort our brothers so that they keep serving God faithfully https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/402013604?q=1+thess+5%3A14&p=par#h=24
  7. A powerful quake of magnitude 7.4 struck in the northern Pacific Ocean between the tip of Alaska's Aleutian Islands and Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula, the US Geological Survey said on Monday. The quake struck at 1:34 a.m. on Tuesday some 125 miles from the city of Nikol'skoye on Bering island off the Kamchatka Peninsula. The epicenter was west of Attu, the westernmost and largest island in the Near Islands group of Alaska's remote Aleutian Islands. The earthquake, initially reported as a magnitude 7.7, was very shallow - only 7.4 miles below the seabed, which would have amplified its effect, but it was quite far from any mainland. The US Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said "hazardous tsunami waves are possible for coasts located within 300 km (186 miles) of the earthquake epicenter." Tsunami waves, however, were unlikely to reach Kamchatka's eastern coast, some 310 miles away. The quake was followed by several aftershocks, including a couple above magnitude 5.0. 8. A publisher from Thailand comments on the photo; Actually in Thailand it is the rainy season, in particular, in Northern Thailand it is raining a lot. ????? This is the Karen people not far from ban mae sarisng (50 km from Myanmar). I walked for 35 miles. Through the jungle, rice fields, cross rivers, get dirty in the mud, and wet in the rain, bitten by a bunch of bugs. But this does not stop me from carrying my 11 pounds of a bag with toys, food and gifts to the people, but most importantly: God's message in his own language. ????? In fact, the Jehovah's witness branch in Thailand is translating publications and videos into three dialects of Karen's people. Some of them may also speak of Burmese, but most of them have forgotten. ????? They were very surprised to hear the message of God in their own language and dialect near Jehovah for the first time. They were listening carefully, sometimes smiling and you know. Being surrounded by 12-13 people on some occasion was very exciting! Inside you you feel a lot of happiness and joy even if you are so tired. ????? And you can really see how the words of Jesus in the Matthew 24:14 is coming true I am grateful to the organization of the Lord to provide spiritual food! ?????????

  11. Why Should We Pray Incessantly? “Pray incessantly. In connection with everything give thanks.”—1 Thessalonians 5:17, 18. Everyone can Pray! (Cute picture to make you Smile!) Be Thankful! ???????? LIFE IN THIS WORLD WILL NEVER BE PERFECT! SATAN WILL KEEP ATTACKING US! IF ALL CAN DO IT PRAY BECAUSE OF PERSECUTION, IT WILL KEEP US STRONG AND GOD'S SPIRIT WILL HELP US GET THROUGH THIS! ???????? Appropriate moments for private prayer present themselves many times each day as we face problems, encounter temptations, and make decisions. (Ephesians 6:18) When we seek God’s guidance in all aspects of life, our friendship with him is certain to grow. If two friends face problems together, does not the bond of friendship between them become stronger? (Proverbs 17:17) The same is true when we lean on Jehovah and experience his help.—2 Chronicles 14:11. ???????? Prayer can also help us to handle problems. Is our lot in life burdensome and the circumstances we face harsh? The Bible tells us: “Throw your burden upon Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you. Never will he allow the righteous one to totter.” (Psalm 55:22) ???????? When faced with difficult decisions, we can imitate Jesus’ example. He spent a whole night in private prayer before appointing his 12 apostles. (Luke 6:12-16) And on the night before he died, Jesus prayed so intensely that “his sweat became as drops of blood falling to the ground.” (Luke 22:44) The result? “He was favorably heard for his godly fear.” (Hebrews 5:7) Our fervent and incessant prayers will help us to cope with stressful situations and difficult trials. ???????? Prayer can also safeguard us against “the machinations of the Devil.” (Ephesians 6:11, 17, 18) When struggling to cope with daily trials, we can constantly ask God to fortify us. Jesus’ model prayer includes the request that Jehovah “deliver us from the wicked one,” Satan the Devil.—Matthew 6:13. ???????? Jehovah urges all erring ones to call to him, “for he will forgive in a large way.” (Isaiah 55:6, 7) Although David committed several serious sins, he called on Jehovah, saying: “Do give ear, O God, to my prayer; and do not hide yourself from my request for favor.” He also said: “Evening and morning and noontime I cannot but show concern and I moan, and [Jehovah] hears my voice.” (Psalm 55:1, 17) How reassuring! ???????? https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2003684?q=prayer&p=par

  13. These are pioneers in Croatia. They are truly inspiring and encouraging! They have different circumstances/problems yet they share the same goal. There will never be perfect scenario. It's not about circumstance/ability ,but it's allowing oneself to be in that circumstance and enter the pioneering marks.Jah will certainly bless us if we do/make kingdom interest as our top priority. Pioneering Strengthens Our Relationship With God “It is good to make melody to our God.”—PSALM 147:1. ?????‍♂️ ????? ?????? When we go out in the ministry, we think and talk about Jehovah. This strengthens our friendship with him. Many pioneers have felt that their love for God has become even deeper because they are able to spend more time in the ministry. This article will help both pioneers and those who want to become pioneers to think carefully about these questions: How can pioneeringstrengthen your relationship with Jehovah? If you are pioneering, what will help you to continue in this special service? If you are not pioneering yet, what can you do to start? Let us first talk about ways that pioneering can strengthen our friendship with God. ?When we talk about future Kingdom blessings, we become closer to Jehovah. ?When we see how unhappy and helpless most people are, we become even more grateful for the truth. ?When we teach others the truth, we learn not to worry so much about our own problems. ?When we teach Bible truths to others, our faith in these truths becomes stronger. ?When we see that Bible principles help our students improve their lives, we value God’s wisdom even more. ?We are encouraged by working with our brothers and sisters in the ministry. ?When we pioneer with our mate, our marriage becomes stronger. ???? ?Our trust in Jehovah increases as we put the Kingdom first, feel Jehovah’s support, and see him answer our prayers. SOME EXPRESSIONS EXPLAINED ???? “To make melody to our God” (Psalm 147:1): To praise our God, Jehovah. We have more opportunities to do this when we pioneer https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/402013687?q=pioneering&p=par

  16. "Happy are the eyes that behold the things you are beholding."—(Luke 10:23) “I Am With You” “Many will rove about, and the true knowledge will become abundant.”—DAN. 12:4. ????????? What marvelous truths have been uncovered since that small beginning over 100 years ago!* These truths are not dull, academic matters to be debated by theologians. They are thrilling, liberating truths that give meaning to our lives and fill us with joy and hope. They help us to come to know Jehovah—his loving personality and his purposes. They also clarify Jesus’ role, explain why he lived and died, and point out what he is doing now. These precious truths reveal why God permits evil, why we die, how we should pray, and how we can be truly happy. ????????? We can now grasp the meaning of prophecies that remained a “secret” for ages but are now being fulfilled in this time of the end. (Dan. 12:9) These include those found throughout the Scriptures, especially in the Gospels and the book of Revelation. Jehovah has even helped us understand events that we could not see with our eyes—the enthronement of Jesus, the war in heaven, and the hurling of Satan down to the earth. (Rev. 12:7-12) God has also given us insight into the meaning of what we can see—wars, earthquakes, pestilences, food shortages, as well as godless people who contribute to these “critical times hard to deal with.”—2 Tim. 3:1-5; Luke 21:10, 11. ????????? It is easy for us to relate to what Jesus told his disciples: “Happy are the eyes that behold the things you are beholding. For I say to you, Many prophets and kings desired to see the things you are beholding but did not see them, and to hear the things you are hearing but did not hear them.” (Luke 10:23, 24) We give credit to Jehovah God for enabling us to see and hear such things. And how grateful we are that “the helper,” God’s holy spirit, has been sent to guide Jesus’ followers “into all the truth”! (Read John 16:7, 13.) May we always treasure “the true knowledge” and unselfishly share it with others! ????????? KNOWLEDGE OF GOD WILL FILL THE EARTH “The true knowledge” has become abundant for a good purpose. God’s will is that “all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth.” (1 Tim. 2:3, 4) Jehovah wants people to come to know the truth so that they can worship him properly and receive his blessing. By making “the true knowledge” known, Jehovah has gathered a faithful remnant of anointed Christians. Out of “all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues,” he is also gathering “a great crowd,” who have the hope of living forever on earth.—Rev. 7:9. ????????? https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2012601?q=luke+10%3A23&p=par
  17. DO YOU THINK A CAT WOULD BE AFRAID OF THIS HORSE? MAYBE THEY ARE FRIENDS? MAYBE SHE IS JUST BOLD AND LOVES EVERYONE? Are you afraid to speak out? They call it timid? “Keep Proving What You Yourselves Are” To handle peer pressure, you first have to be convinced that your beliefs and standards are right. YOUNG or OLD we all can have peer pressure... ????? (2 Corinthians 13:5) 'Keep testing whether YOU are in the faith, keep proving what YOU yourselves are. Or do YOU not recognize that Jesus Christ is in union with YOU? Unless YOU are disapproved. 6 I truly hope YOU will come to know we are not disapproved." ????? Conviction will help you to be bold, although you may be timid by nature. (2 Tim. 1:7, 8) "For God gave us not a spirit of cowardice, but that of power and of love and of soundness of mind. 8 Therefore do not become ashamed of the witness about our Lord." ????? Even if a person is normally bold, it may be quite difficult for him to stand up for something that he only halfheartedly believes in. So why not prove to yourself that what you have been taught from the Bible is indeed the truth? ????? Start with the basics. For example, you believe in God and you have heard others express why they have faith in his existence. Well, then, ask yourself, ‘What convinces me that God exists?’ The purpose of that question is not to arouse skepticism but to strengthen your faith. ????? In a similar vein, ask yourself, ‘How do I know that the Scriptures are inspired of God?’ (2 Tim. 3:16) ‘Why am I convinced that these are “the last days”?’ (2 Tim. 3:1-5) ‘What makes me believe that Jehovah’s standards are for my good?’ ????? (Isa. 48:17, 18) "This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah, am your God, the One teaching you to benefit [yourself], the One causing you to tread in the way in which you should walk. 18 O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea." ????? You might hesitate to ask yourself such questions, fearing that you will not have the answers. That, though, would be like hesitating to look at the fuel gauge on the dashboard of your car, fearing that the needle is pointing to “Empty”! If there is no fuel in the tank, you need to find out so that you can do something about it. Similarly, it is best for you to address any lack of conviction you may detect in yourself. ????? FOR MORE INFORMATION GO TO: https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2010842?q=timid&p=par
  18. Are You Willing to Wait Patiently? ??????? "How long, O Jehovah?"—Isa. 6:11. “You too exercise patience.”—JAMES 5:8. ??????? What can help us when we are in a situation that is difficult to endure? Jesus’ half brother James was inspired to tell us: “Be patient then, brothers, until the presence of the Lord.” (James 5:7) So we all need to be patient. But what is patience, and how can we show this beautiful quality? ??????? WHAT IS PATIENCE? The Bible says that patience comes from God’s holy spirit. Without God’s help, it can be hard for imperfect humans to be patient in very difficult situations. Patience is a gift from God, and we prove our love for Jehovah and others when we show it. When we are not patient, the love between us and others weakens. (1 Corinthians 13:4; Galatians 5:22) ??????? What does patience involve? It involves enduring difficult situations while still having a positive attitude. (Colossians 1:11; James 1:3, 4) Patience also helps us to remain faithful to Jehovah no matter what problems we have. It will help us to avoid retaliating when we suffer. The Bible says that we must willingly accept the need to wait. That is an important lesson we learn from James 5:7, 8. (Read.) ??????? So even though we may struggle with trials, we are determined to show “a waiting attitude.” Sometimes we might ask: “How long, O Jehovah?” (Isaiah 6:11) But with the help of God’s holy spirit, we can imitate the prophet Jeremiah and say: “Jehovah is my share,” and “That is why I will show a waiting attitude for him.”—Lamentations 3:21, 24. ??????? SOME EXPRESSIONS EXPLAINED To show a waiting attitude: To be patient and willing to wait for Jehovah to act. We trust that Jehovah will act at the right time and in the right way https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/402017521?q=isa+6%3A11&p=par
  19. How important is it to know God's Name? Do you have a name? Do you want to be called by your name? God's does also. His name is Jehovah. His Son glorified His Father's name and prayed to Him. He taught us also to pray to His Father, Jehovah in Jesus name as our mediator. ??????? (Matthew 6:9-13) 9 “YOU must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth. 11 Give us today our bread for this day; 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the wicked one.’" (1 Timothy 2:5) "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, a man, Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself a corresponding ransom for all." ??????? As Mediator of the new covenant, Christ assists them to carry out the terms of the covenant by obedience and clean behavior so that they keep their sanctification. ... (Heb 10:14) As Mediator and High Priest, Christ “is able also to save completely those who are approaching God through him.” ??????? (John 17:26) 26 And I have made your name known to them and will make it known, in order that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in union with them.” ???????
