  1. Do you believe in vengeance? - Should we take vengeance to those that oppose us? - Justice will met, Jehovah bring vengeance! - Put your anger in His hands! ~ ????? (Romans 12:19) Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to the wrath; for it is written: “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says Jehovah.” ????? This prophecy was fulfilled by the Messiah, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 61:1-3) . . .The spirit of the Sovereign Lord Jehovah is upon me, for the reason that Jehovah has anointed me to tell good news to the meek ones. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to those taken captive and the wide opening [of the eyes] even to the prisoners; 2 to proclaim the year of goodwill on the part of Jehovah and the DAY OF VENGEANCE on the part of our God; to comfort all the mourning ones; 3 to assign to those mourning over Zion, to give them a headdress instead of ashes, the oil of exultation instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of the downhearted spirit; and they must be called big trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, for [him] to be beautified." ????? Enemies of God and of his servants. Those who hate God have shown hostility toward God’s servants, seeking to wreak vengeance upon them. This is not a true bringing about of justice, but it is a desire or action as a result of people’s hostility toward what is right and righteous, and it is an attempt to get rid of those righteous ones whose words and course of action convict them of wickedness. ????? (Psalm 8:2) . . .Out of the mouth of children and sucklings you have founded strength, On account of those showing hostility to you, So as to make the enemy and the one taking his vengeance desist." ????? (Psalm 44:15-16) . . .All day long my humiliation is in front of me, And the shame of my own face has covered me, 16 Due to the voice of the one reproaching and speaking abusively, Because of the enemy and the one taking his revenge. . ." ????? In some instances God’s servants have been killed with the perverted idea that justice was being carried out. ????? (John 16:2) . . .Men will expel YOU from the synagogue. In fact, the hour is coming when everyone that kills YOU will imagine he has rendered a sacred service to God.' ????? In executing this claimed or supposed “vindictive justice,” however, they have not pleased God but, rather, have stored up vengeance for themselves. At times, it is true, Jehovah used the nations, such as Babylon, to bring his own vengeance on his people Israel when they broke their covenant with him. (Le 26:25) ????? (Leviticus 26:25) . . .And I shall certainly bring upon YOU a sword wreaking vengeance for the covenant; and YOU will indeed gather yourselves into YOUR cities, and I shall certainly send pestilence into the midst of YOU, and YOU must be given into the hand of an enemy. . ." ????? But those nations, on their part, acted because of hatred and malice, expressing their own vengefulness, and for this Jehovah, in turn, took vengeance upon them.—La 3:60; ????? (Lamentations 3:60) . . .You have seen all their vengeance, all their thoughts against me. . ." ????? (Ezekiel 25:12-17) 12 “This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘For the reason that E′dom has acted in taking vengeance upon the house of Judah and they kept doing wrong extensively and avenged themselves on them, 13 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said: “I will also stretch out my hand against E′dom and cut off from it man and domestic animal, and I will make it a devastated place from Te′man, even to De′dan. By the sword they will fall. 14 ‘And I will bring my vengeance on E′dom by the hand of my people Israel; and they must do in E′dom according to my anger and according to my rage; and they will have to know what my vengeance is,’ is the utterance of the Sovereign Lord Jehovah.”’ 15 “This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘For the reason that the Phi·lis′tines have acted with vengeance and they kept avenging themselves with a vengeance with scorn in [the] soul, in order to cause ruin, with an indefinitely lasting enmity, 16 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said: “Here I am stretching out my hand against the Phi·lis′tines, and I will cut off the Cher′e·thites and destroy the rest of the seacoast. 17 And I will execute in them great acts of vengeance, with raging reproofs; and they will have to know that I am Jehovah when I bring my vengeance on them.”’” ????? Jehovah’s vengeance has a purpose. Jehovah’s vengeance brings relief and benefit when he acts in behalf of those who trust in him; additionally, it procures praise to him as the just Judge. The psalmist says: “The righteous one will rejoice because he has beheld the vengeance. . . . And mankind will say: ‘Surely there is fruitage for the righteous one. Surely there exists a God that is judging in the earth.’” (Ps 58:10, 11) Therefore, the primary purpose for God’s taking vengeance is to vindicate and glorify his own name and sovereignty. ????? (Psalm 83:13-18) . . .O my God, make them like a thistle whirl, Like stubble before a wind. 14 Like a fire that burns up the forest And like a flame that scorches the mountains, 15 In just that way may you pursue them with your tempest And may you disturb them with your own storm wind. 16 Fill their faces with dishonor, That people may search for your name, O Jehovah. 17 O may they be ashamed and be disturbed for all times, And may they become abashed and perish; 18 That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth." jw.org
  2. Which One Is Larger, The Number Of Sand Grains On Earth Or Stars In The Sky? ??????? This one is perplexing question, but this time with a surprise twist. The question is, and I bet you asked it when you were 8 years old and sitting on a beach with your parents: Which are there more of — grains of sand on the Earth or stars in the sky? ??????? Obviously, grains and stars can’t be counted, not literally. But you can guesstimate. Science writer David Blatner, in his new book Spectrums, says a group of researchers at the University of Hawaii, being well-versed in all things beachy, tried to calculate the number of grains of sand. ????? They said, if you assume a grain of sand has an average size and you calculate how many grains are in a teaspoon and then multiply by all the beaches and deserts in the world, the Earth has roughly (and we’re speaking very roughly here) 7.5 x 1018 grains of sand, or seven quintillion, five hundred quadrillion grains. That’s a lot of grains. ????? OK, so how about stars? It turns out that when you look up, even on a clear and starry night, you won’t see many stars. Blatner says the number is a low, low “several thousand,” which gives the sand grain folks a landslide victory. But we’re not limiting ourselves to what an ordinary stargazer can see. ????? Our stargazer gets a Hubble telescope and a calculator, so now we can count distant galaxies, faint stars, red dwarfs, everything we’ve ever recorded in the sky, and there it is! Now the population of stars jumps enormously, to 70 thousand million, million, million stars in the observable universe (a estimate), so that we’ve got multiple stars for every grain of sand — which means, sorry, grains, you are nowhere near as numerous as the stars. ????? So that makes stars the champions of numerosity, no? Ummm, no. This is when Blatner hits us with his sucker punch. He says the number of stars in the heavens is “an unbelievably large number,” but then, as a matter of fact, he adds that you will find the same number of molecules “in just ten drops of water.” WHAT? ????? If you took 10 drops of water (not extra-big drops, just regular drops) and counted the number of H2O molecules in those drops, you’d get a number equal to all the stars in the universe. This is amazing! For some reason, when someone says million, billion or trillion, I see an enormous pile of something, a gigantic scene, great sweeps of desert sand, twirling masses of stars. Big things come from lots of stuff; little things from less stuff. That seems intuitive. But that’s wrong. Little things, if they’re really little, can pile up just like big things, and yes, says Blatner, water molecules “really are that small.” So next time I look up at the sky at all those stars, I will be impressed, of course, by the great numbers that are out there. But I will remind myself that at the other end of the scale, in the nooks and crannies of the physical world, in the teeniest of places, there are equally vast numbers of teenier things. We are surrounded by vastness, high and low, and either way, as Blatner’s book says, we “can’t handle the biggitude.” Courtesy of: National Public Radio ????? WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT THEM ALL? Isaiah 40:26 “Lift up your eyes to heaven and see. Who has created these things? It is the One who brings out their army by number; He calls them all by name. Because of his vast dynamic energy and his awe-inspiring power, Not one of them is missing.” ????? Psalm 147:4 "He counts the number of the stars; He calls all of them by name.” ??????? Number of STARS. In addressing man, God used the stars to denote a countless number, comparable to the grains of sand on the seashore. (Ge 22:17; 15:5; Ex 32:13; compare Ne 9:23; Na 3:15, 16; Heb 11:12.) Since the stars clearly discernible to the unaided eye number only a few thousand, this comparison was viewed by many in the past as out of balance. Yet today the evidence shows that the number of stars does indeed compare to all the grains of sand in all the earth. ????? Time and again the “SAND OF THE SEA” is used in the Bible to designate innumerableness or great abundance. (Ge 22:17; 32:12; 41:49; Jos 11:4; Ps 78:27;139:17, 18; Jer 15:8; Heb 11:12) But the number in question is not astronomically great in each case. To the beholder, however, the number of persons or things involved is so great that it cannot be ascertained. For example, one part of thePhilistine forces that came against Israel in the days of King Saul is described as “people like the grains of sand that are upon the seashore for multitude.” (1Sa 13:5) The number of those that would be misled by Satan following his release from the abyss, as seen by John in vision, was said to be “as the sand of the sea,” that is, the number was great enough that John could not determine how many there would be.—Re 20:8. ??‍♂️????‍♂️????‍♂️ However! Your HAIRS are Numbered! In addition to his illustration about the sparrows, Jesus said: “The very hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Matthew 10:30) This brief but profound statement amplifies the point of Jesus’ illustration about the sparrows. Consider: The average human head has about 100,000 strands of hair. For the most part, one hair seems just like the next, and no single hair seems to deserve our particular scrutiny. Yet, each hair is noticed and numbered by Jehovah God. Since this is the case, isthere any detail of our life that Jehovah cannot know? Surely Jehovah understands the unique makeup of each of his servants. Indeed, he “sees what the heart is.”—1 Samuel 16:7.

The book The Pentateuch and Haftorahs (Hebrew/English bible with explanations) says that most modern translations translates verse 14 into "I will be what I will be". Note that the latest version of New International Version has a footnote for this verse that says "Or I will be what I will be". ??? The thought about God as a person who "will be" or "shall prove to be" anything that is necessary for his people is also described in Talmud, and other places in the Bible. ??? The name itself (YHWH/YHVH/JHWH/JHVH) is considered to be the causative form of the Hebrew word (hawah) and thus means "he causes to become". This describes YHWH as a God who fulfills promises, and he will become whatever he needs to be in order to accomplish his purposes. ??? It is therefore appropriate that the name is described as an "awesome name" in Deut. 28:58. ??? 7. GOLD WHAT IS THE GREATEST VALUE OF GOLD? THOUGHT ?..WHO MADE GOLD? ??????? "The fear of Jehovah is pure, lasting forever. The judgments of Jehovah are true, altogether righteous. They are more desirable than gold, Than much fine gold."(Ps.19:9,10) Wisdom, Faith, Better Than Gold. Though gold has great value, it, like other material riches, is not able to give life to its possessors (Ps 49:6-8; Mt 16:26), and no amount of gold can buy the true wisdom that comes from Jehovah. (Job 28:12, 15-17, 28) His laws, commandments, and discipline are far more desirable than much refined gold. (Ps 19:7-10; 119:72, 127; Pr 8:10) Gold is powerless to deliver in the day of Jehovah’s anger.—Zep 1:18. ??????? Men of a materialistic society ridicule faith in God and call it impractical. Nonetheless, the apostle Peter points to faith’s unexcelled durability and permanent value. He states that the tested quality of one’s faith is of much greater value than gold, which can withstand fire yet can wear away and be destroyed by other means. Christians have to endure various trials that are sometimes grievous, but this serves to bring out the quality of their faith. (1Pe 1:6, 7) True faith can stand up under any tests. ??????? Used in Tabernacle and Temple. Gold’s malleability permits it to be hammered into countless shapes. In the construction of the tabernacle, gold was beaten into plates for overlay work and into thin sheets cut into thread that was woven into certain garments of the high priest. (Ex 25:31; 30:1-3; 37:1, 2;39:2, 3) It was similarly used in the temple built by Solomon. (1Ki 6:21-35;10:18; 2Ch 3:5-9) Alloying gold with other metal to increase its hardness extends its utility. This process was also employed in ancient Israel.—1Ki 10:16. ??????? A great quantity of gold was used in the tabernacle, the current value of this gold being estimated at about $11,269,000. (Ex 25:10-40; 38:24) However, in comparison with the amount of gold used, the wilderness tabernacle was only a miniature of Solomon’s glorious temple. David had set aside no less than 100,000 talents of gold for that temple, valued today in excess of $38,535,000,000. (1Ch 22:14) The lampstands and the temple’s utensils—forks, bowls, pitchers, basins, cups, and so forth—were made of gold and silver; some utensils were of copper; the cherubs in the Most Holy, the altar of incense, and even the entire inside of the house were overlaid with gold.—1Ki 6:20-22; 7:48-50; 1Ch 28:14-18; 2Ch 3:1-13. ??????? Solomon’s Revenue. Large amounts of gold poured into Solomon’s treasury from the king of Tyre (120 talents) and the queen of Sheba (120 talents), from annual tributes and taxes, and by means of his own merchant fleet. The account says: “The weight of the gold that came to Solomon in one year amounted up to six hundred and sixty-six talents of gold [c. $256,643,000].” That was apart from revenues from traders, governors, and so forth.—1Ki 9:14, 27, 28; 10:10,14, 15. ??????? Ophir was one place from which Solomon acquired fine gold. A pottery fragment said to be of the eighth century B.C.E. has been discovered that has inscribed on it: “Ophir gold to bet horon, thirty shekels.”—1Ki 9:28; 10:11; Job 28:16. https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1200001737?q=ps+19%3A9%2C10&p=par

  10. COMFORT FROM THREATS ON THE SHOULDERS OF THE SHEPHERD ~ CAN YOU COMFORT OTHERS WITH THIS HOPE? ???????? A Lost Sheep To teach his listeners Jehovah’s view of those who have strayed, Jesus gave two brief illustrations. One was about a shepherd. Jesus said: “What man of you with a hundred sheep, on losing one of them, will not leave the ninety-nine behind in the wilderness and go for the lost one until he finds it? And when he has found it he puts it upon his shoulders and rejoices. And when he gets home he calls his friends and his neighbors together, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, because I have found my sheep that was lost.’ I tell you that thus there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents than over ninety-nine righteous ones who have no need of repentance.”—Luke 15:4-7 ???????? What does the shepherd do when he finally finds the lost sheep? “He puts it upon his shoulders.” (Luke 15:5) What a touching and telling detail! The sheep may have wandered for days and nights through unfamiliar territory, perhaps even being exposed to the threat of stalking lions... No doubt the sheep is weakened by a lack of food. It is simply too frail to overcome in its own strength the hurdles it will encounter on the way back to the fold. Therefore, the shepherd bends down, gently lifts up the sheep, and carries it across all obstacles back to the flock. How can we reflect the care shown by this shepherd? ???????? In this first illustration, Jesus says that the shepherd will “go for the lost one.” The shepherd takes the initiative and makes a deliberate effort to find the missing sheep. Hardship, danger, and distance do not hold him back. On the contrary, the shepherd persists “until he finds it.”—Luke 15:4 ???????? Similarly, reaching out to a person in need of encouragement often requires that the stronger one take the initiative. Christian elders, in particular, have the responsibility to “strengthen the weak hands . . . and make the knees that are wobbling firm” and to “say to those who are anxious at heart: ‘Be strong. Do not be afraid.’” (Isaiah 35:3, 4; 1 Peter 5:1, 2) ???????? Note, however, that Paul’s admonition to “speak consolingly to the depressed souls” and to “support the weak” was not given to elders only. Rather, Paul’s words were directed to the entire “congregation of the Thessalonians.” (1 Thessalonians 1:1; 5:14) ???????? Reaching out to those who are weak is thus a task for all Christians. Like the shepherd in the illustration, each Christian should be moved to “go for the lost one.” Of course, this is done most effectively in cooperation with the elders. Could you take some steps to assist a weak one in your congregation? ???????? -w03 2/1 p. 16 par. 15 “Have Love Among Yourselves”
  11. Why does Jehovah seem far off? - Only the Wicked he Shuts out! - He Looks for the Unfortunate! - With the Righteous His ears Pay Attention! - His Ways are Perfect! - There is no one like Him! ~ ????? Psalms 10:1-17 1 Why, O Jehovah, do you keep standing afar off? Your judicial decisions are high up out of his range; As for all those showing hostility to him, he puffs at them. ????? 6 He has said in his heart: “I shall not be made to totter; For generation after generation [I shall be] one who is in no calamity.” ????? 7 His mouth is full of oaths and of deceptions and of oppression. Under his tongue are trouble and what is hurtful. ????? 8 He sits in an ambush of settlements; From concealed places he will kill someone innocent. His eyes are on the lookout for someone unfortunate. ????? 9 He keeps lying in wait in the concealed place like a lion in his covert. He keeps lying in wait to carry off some afflicted one by force. He carries off the afflicted one by force when he draws his net shut. ????? 10 He is crushed, he bows down, And the army of dejected ones has to fall into his strong [claws]. ????? 11 He has said in his heart: “God has forgotten. He has concealed his face. He will certainly never see [it]. ????? 12 Do arise, O Jehovah. O God, lift up your hand. Do not forget the afflicted ones. ????? 13 Why is it that the wicked one has disrespected God? He has said in his heart: “You will not require an accounting.” ????? 14 For you yourself have seen trouble and vexation. You keep looking on, to get [them] into your hand. To you the unfortunate one, the fatherless boy, commits [himself]. You yourself have become [his] helper. ????? 15 Break the arm of the wicked and bad one. May you search after his wickedness [until] you find no more. ????? 16 Jehovah is King to time indefinite, even forever. The nations have perished out of his earth. ????? 17 The desire of the meek ones you will certainly hear, O Jehovah. You will prepare their heart. You will pay attention with your ear." ?????
  12. THE CLOCK FACE ILLUSTRATION' - Nice! Share and Care! ⏰?⏰?⏰ Enjoy, it never can be said enough times.... A Bethel speaker was talking about how all of the brothers and sisters are important in the congregation, "but we never want to overlook the part the older ones play in keeping the congregation strong even when they aren't able do as much as they once could". ⏰?⏰?⏰ He pointed out that on a clock face there may be three hands - the second hand, the minute hand, and the hour hand. He likened the second hand to the younger ones in the congregation. They have lots of energy and race around doing things, just as the second hand goes all the way 'round the clock face in just 60 seconds. ⏰?⏰?⏰ The minute hand is like those in the congregation who are a little older, even middle-aged. They don't have the energy of the young ones but still accomplish much, just as the minute hand moves slower than the second hand but still gets around the clock face once every hour. ⏰?⏰?⏰ The older ones in the congregation are like the hour hand, which moves a lot slower than the second hand or the minute hand but still gets around the clock face every twelve hours. They aren't able to do as much - quantity-wise - as they once did when they were young. But they keep moving along at their own pace. ⏰?⏰?⏰ Each hand on the clock has its function. ? But then he asked, "If you had no second hand on the clock, could you tell what time it is?" Yes. ⏰ If you removed the minute hand too and just had the hour hand, could you still tell the time? ⏰ Yes, not as precisely, but you could make a pretty close guess. ? But if the clock had only the second hand could you tell the time? No. ⏰ How about if you had only the minute hand? No. ? Even if the clock had both the second hand AND the minute hand, could you tell what time it is? No, you need the hour hand. ⏰ So, even though the older ones may not be able to keep up the pace of the younger ones, they are very important to the spiritual health and stability of the congregation. ⏰?⏰?⏰ They are encouraged to keep doing what they can, at the pace they are able to maintain, for the benefit and blessing of all in the congregation. ⏰?⏰?⏰ For the congregation to be at its strongest spiritually, all our brothers and sisters, young and old, are needed. ⏰?⏰?⏰ "The power beyond what is normal may be God's and not that out of ourselves"- 1 Cor 4:7.

After his Mom dried her hands on an apron, she read it, and this is what it said: ❤️?❤️?❤️ For cutting the grass: $5.00 For cleaning up my room this week: $1.00 For going to the store for you: $.50 Baby-sitting my kid brother while you went shopping: $.25 Taking out the garbage: $1.00 For getting a good report card: $5.00 For cleaning up and raking the yard: $2.00 Total owed: $14.75 ❤️?❤️?❤️ Well, his mother looked at him standing there, and the boy could see the memories flashing through her mind. She picked up the pen, turned over the paper he’d written on, and this is what she wrote: ❤️?❤️?❤️ For the nine months I carried you while you were growing inside me: No Charge For all the nights that I’ve sat up with you, doctored and prayed for you: No Charge For all the trying times, and all the tears that you’ve caused through the years: No Charge For all the nights that were filled with dread, and for the worries I knew were ahead: No Charge For the toys, food, clothes, and even wiping your nose: No Charge Son, when you add it up, the cost of my love is: No Charge. ??????? When the boy finished reading what his mother had written, there were big tears in his eyes, and he looked straight at his mother and said, “Mom, I sure do love you.” And then he took the pen and in great big letters he wrote: “PAID IN FULL”. ??????? Lessons: You will never know your parents worth till you become a parent Be a giver not an acquirer, especially with your parents. there is a lot to give, besides money. ????? BECAUSE MONEY IS THE WORST WAY OF MEASURING HAPPINESS… ?❤️?❤️?❤️? New World Translation (Proverbs 31:10-30). 10 "Who can find a capable wife? Her value is far more than that of corals. 11 Her husband trusts her from his heart, And he lacks nothing of value. 15 She also rises while it is still night, Providing food for her household And portions for her female servants. 17 She prepares herself for hard work, And she strengthens her arms. 21 She does not worry about her household because of the snow, For her whole household is clothed in warm garments. 25 She is clothed with strength and splendor, And she looks to the future with confidence. פ [26 She opens her mouth in wisdom; The law of kindness is on her tongue. 27 She watches over the activity of her household, And the bread of laziness she does not eat. 28 Her children rise up and declare her happy; Her husband rises up and praises her. 29 There are many capable women, But you—you surpass them all. 30 Charm may be false, and beauty may be fleeting, But the woman who fears Jehovah will be praised."

  20. Pets Provided for Man’s Good ???????? God created animals for the sake of humans. Animals can help them do their work and can serve as their companions or pets. They also serve to magnify God’s love and wisdom. Surely it is a pleasure to observe the beauty of animals and to learn more about the Creator from a study of their marvelous instinctive wisdom. (Psalm 104:24;Proverbs 30:24-28; Romans 1:20) 24 How many your works are, O Jehovah! You have made all of them in wisdom. The earth is full of what you have made." (Psalms 104:24). God dearly loves his human creation; should we not, in turn, show consideration and affection for the animals that he has entrusted to our care and oversight? Those who possess such love have often been drawn to the wonderful prospects of enjoying animalsas our Creator originally intended. ???????? Pets in God’s New World In Jehovah’s new world, people will be able to touch the furry mane of a lion, to stroke the striped coat of a tiger and, yes, to sleep in the woods without fear of any animal doing them harm. Notice this promise of God: “I shall certainly cause the injurious wild beast to cease out of the land, and they [humans] will actually dwell in the wilderness in security and sleep in the forests.”—Ezekiel 34:25;Hosea 2:18. ???????? Indeed, wild animals will then be in submission, even to little children! The Bible says: “The wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them.” ???????? But that is not all! The scripture continues: “The cow and the bear themselves will feed; together their young ones will lie down. And even the lion will eat straw just like the bull. And the sucking child will certainly play upon the hole of the cobra; and upon the light aperture of a poisonous snake will a weaned child actually put his own hand. ???????? "They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea.”—Isaiah 11:6-9. ???????? https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/102004122?q=love+for+animals&p=par#h=6 ? ? ? 1 Moving Video Tap on link and Enjoy!
