  2. "I shall . . . rebuild the booth of David."—Acts 15:16. ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Through the prophet Amos, Jehovah foretold that the time would come when He would raise up “the booth of David,” that is, the royal line leading to the Messianic Kingdom. (Ezek. 21:26, 27) ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Would Jehovah once again deal exclusively with fleshly Jews as a nation? No. The prophecy adds that “people of all the nations” would be brought together as “people who are called by [God’s] name.” ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Remember, Peter had just testified that God “made no distinction at all between us [Jewish Christians] and them [Gentile believers], but purified their hearts by faith.” (Acts 15:9) In other words, it is God’s will that Jews and Gentiles alike be brought into the Kingdom as heirs. (Rom. 8:17; Eph. 2:17-19) ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Nowhere did such inspired prophecies suggest that the Gentile believers must first be circumcised in the flesh or become proselytes. ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Moved by such Scriptural evidence and the powerful testimony he had heard, James went on to offer these words for consideration: “Hence my decision is not to trouble those from the nations who are turning to God, but to write them to abstain from things polluted by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood. For from ancient times Moses has had in city after city those who preach him, because he is read aloud in the synagogues on every sabbath.”—Acts 15:19-21. ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ When James said “hence my decision is,” was he asserting his authority—perhaps as chairman of the meeting—over the other brothers and arbitrarily deciding what was to be done? Not at all! The Greek expression rendered “my decision is” may also mean “I judge” or “I give an opinion.” ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Far from ruling over the entire body, James was proposing for their consideration a course of action based on the evidence heard and on what the Scriptures say about the matter. ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ Was James’ proposal a good one? Obviously it was, for the apostles and the older men later adopted it. With what benefits? On the one hand, the recommended course would not “trouble,” or “make it difficult for,” Gentile Christians by imposing upon them the requirements of the Mosaic Law. (Acts 15:19; New International Version) ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ On the other hand, this decision would show respect for the conscience of Jewish Christians, who over the years had heard “Moses . . . read aloud in the synagogues on every sabbath.”* (Acts 15:21) ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ The recommended course would surely strengthen the bond between Jewish and Gentile Christians. Above all, it would please Jehovah God, reflecting his advancing purpose. What a fine way to resolve a problem that threatened the unity and well-being of the entire congregation of God’s people! And what an excellent example this is for the Christian congregation today! ⛺️?⛺️?⛺️ https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1102009057?q=acts+15%3A16&p=par
  3. Martin Popek of Nýdek, Czechia, photographed these jellyfish sprites high above a thunderstorm in Austria on June 20, 2017. JELLYFISH SPRITES OVER EUROPE: We all know what comes out of the bottom of a thunderstorm: lightning. But do you know what comes out of the top? On June 20th, an amateur astronomer photographed incredible jellyfish-shaped 'sprites' flickering above a storm system in Austria. Such upper atmospheric lightning is a form of space weather that is being seen and photographed by increasing numbers of sky watchers.
  4. “A King Will Reign for Righteousness” ??⚖️ Jesus, the King, provides “princes,” or elders, who care for the flock Isaiah 32:1-3 ? ?Like “a place of concealment from the rainstorm,” they work to protect the flock from storms of persecution and discouragement ?? Like “streams of water in a waterless land,” they refresh those who are spiritually thirsty by offering pure, unadulterated truth ?⚖️Like “the shadow of a massive crag in a parched land,” they bring relief to the flock by providing spiritual guidance and refreshment 2 Pictures 1 GIF 1 Moving https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/202017006?q=refresh&p=par IMG_8191.mov
  5. A God of Love and Justice ❤️⚖️❤️ "Prove yourselves sons of your Father who is in the heavens, since he makes his sun rise on both the wicked and the good and makes it rain on both the righteous and the unrighteous." (Matt. 5:45) ❤️⚖️❤️ Jehovah did not leave it to us to determine what is just and what is not. He has established standards and laws by which he wants his earthly children to live. It is when God’s laws are broken that injustice occurs. ❤️⚖️❤️ These were all written down in the Bible more than 3,500 years ago. When we live by these just standards from Jehovah God, we are reflecting God’s justice, and we can have a happier and more satisfying life.” ❤️⚖️❤️ Jehovah is a loving Person and a God of justice. They had always felt that love and justice were among the most important qualities that people should show in their dealings with others. They had always tried to be loving and just with their children. Now they understood that these deep-seated desires were actually a reflection of the qualities of the Creator, Jehovah God. jw.org
  6. Regional Convention 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine, with two platforms. Many brothers in Russia have been able to hear the program in Russian.
  7. "Show yourself to be an example of fine works in every way.Teach what is pure with all seriousness, using wholesome speech that cannot be criticized, so that those who oppose may be put to shame, having nothing negative to say about us."(Titus 2:7,8). ARE YOU IN LINE? ?➖➖➖➖➖? ????? Usually, God’s people are praised because of their good conduct. While standards in general are deteriorating, Jehovah’s Witnesses view high standards of conduct as an obligation, a part of their worship. They know that their actions reflect upon Jehovah and their Christian brothers and that their good conduct recommends the truth that they preach. (John 15:8) ????? Maintain our good conduct and thus continue to uphold the fine reputation of Jehovah and his Witnesses and how we benefit ourselves in so doing.
  8. Are You Reflecting the Glory of Jehovah? ??? "There is no man that does not sin." (2 Chron. 6:36) ??? Despite our sinful condition, Jehovah has proved to be “the God who gives hope.” (Rom. 15:13) He has provided the means for abolishing sin—the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ. By exercising faith in that sacrifice, we are no longer “slaves to sin,” but we are in a position to reflect Jehovah’s glory. (Rom. 5:19; 6:6;John 3:16) ??? Maintaining this approved relationship with God guarantees us Jehovah’s blessing now as well as the future benefits of perfection and everlasting life. Although we are still sinful humans, what a blessing it is to be viewed by God as individuals who can reflect his glory! ??? To be in the proper position to reflect God’s glory, we must honestly recognize our sinful nature. (2 Chron. 6:36) ??? Jesus was the only human who ever lived and died without failing to please God and reflect His glory. Although we are not perfect as Jesus was, we can and should strive to follow his example. (1 Pet. 2:21) Jehovah weighs the effort we put forth along with the progress we make, and he blesses our earnest endeavor to bring him glory. ??? Jehovah’s written Word can illuminate for us the pathway to improvement. In-depth study of the Scriptures and meditative Bible reading are essential. (Ps. 1:1-3) ??? Reading the Scriptures daily will help us to make improvement. (Read James 1:22-25.) Bible knowledge is the basis for our faith and is the means of fortifying our determination to avoid grave sin and to please Jehovah.—Ps. 119:11, 47, 48. ??? To reflect God’s glory, we also need to “persevere in prayer.” (Rom. 12:12) We can and should pray that Jehovah help us to serve him in an acceptable way. To that end, we can properly ask him for holy spirit, for more faith, for strength to resist temptation, and for ability to ‘handle the word of the truth aright.’ (2 Tim. 2:15; Matt. 6:13; Luke 11:13;17:5) ??? As a child depends on his father, so we need to depend on our heavenly Father, Jehovah. If we ask him to help us serve him more fully, we can have confidence that he will do so. May we never feel that we are a bother to him! Instead, in prayer let us praise him, thank him, seek his direction especially when under trial, and ask that he help us to serve him in ways that glorify his holy name.—Ps. 86:12; Jas. 1:5-7. https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2012364?q=2+chron+6%3A36&p=par
  9. Just a Smile ??? JW Broadcasting - September 2015 ? We can tell a hundred stories; we can speak a million words. We can paint a thousand pictures, but will our heart be stirred. We can often make a difference, with a kindly word or deed. But sometimes just a smile is all we really need. ? Just a smile… can lift a weary heart.Just a smile… can help us make a start. When you’ve done your best, praying you’ll succeed. Then you will see, a smile is what we need. ? This world is unforgiving, full of coldness and despair. Many hopes are disappointed, by a world that doesn’t care. And we see it in their faces, as they passes on the street. So we offer a hope and comfort, to the people that we meet. ? Just a smile… can lift a weary heart.Just a smile… can help us make a start. When you’ve done your best, praying you’ll succeed. Then you will see, a smile is what we need. ? At times we feel downhearted, when no one seems to care.About the hope we offer, or the message that we bear. For some hearts that’s just too hardened, to receive the Kingdom seed. But could it be a friendly smile, is what they really need. ? Just a smile… can lift a weary heart.Just a smile… can help us make a start. When you’ve done your best, praying you’ll succeed. Then you will see, a smile is what we need. Thank you, Ricky Barrun Lique ?
  10. Moonjellies ? Tell me if you will how do you create this sea creature? Where does it finds its food or know how to reproduce? 16 "Have you gone down to the sources of the sea Or explored the deep waters?" (Job 38:16) 38 Then Jehovah answered Job out of the windstorm: 2 “Who is this who is obscuring my counsel And speaking without knowledge? 3 Brace yourself, please, like a man; I will question you, and you inform me?" (Job 38:1-3)
  11. @Arauna Truly the scriptures really fortify the Truth of harmony and unity! So much we can say and beyond our joys and appreciation it makes us keep pondering! Thank you for your support and comments! Jehovah bless! ??????
  12. "A vast mixed company also went with them."—Ex. 12:38. ????? “Do Not Forget Kindness to Strangers” After Jehovah freed his people from slavery in Egypt, he gave them laws that taught them to show kindness toward the foreigners who left with them. (Exodus 12:38, 49; 22:21) ????? Since life is not always easy for foreigners, Jehovah lovingly cared for them. For example, they could glean food that the harvesters left behind.—Leviticus 19:9, 10. ????? Rather than just command the Israelites to respect foreigners, Jehovah wanted them to remember how it felt to be a foreigner. (Read Exodus 23:9.) Even before the Israelites became slaves in Egypt, the Egyptians did not like them because they were different. (Genesis 43:32; 46:34; Exodus 1:11-14) ????? The Israelites had a hard life as foreigners. Jehovah wanted them to remember that and to be kind to the foreigners who were living among them.—Leviticus 19:33, 34. ????? https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/402016762?q=ex+12%3A38&p=par#h=11
  13. Jehovah’s Dignity and Splendor Made Evident! - WHO COMPARES WITH HIM? ~ ??? In a song that contrasts God’s greatness with man’s littleness, the psalmist David sang: “O Jehovah our Lord, how majestic your name is in all the earth, you whose dignity is recounted above the heavens!” (Ps. 8:1) ??? From before the creation of “the heavens and the earth” to beyond the grand fulfillment of God’s purpose to make the earth a paradise and raise the human family to perfection—from eternity to eternity—Jehovah God is the most majestic and dignified Personage in the universe.—Gen. 1:1; 1 Cor. 15:24-28; Rev. 21:1-5. ??? How the God-fearing psalmist must have been touched when he beheld the quiet grandeur of the starry night sky, studded with glistening “jewels”! Filled with wonder at how God ‘has stretched out the heavens like a tent cloth,’ the psalmist represented Jehovah as clothed in dignity because of His magnificent creative skill. (Read Psalm 104:1, 2.) The dignity and splendor of the invisible, almighty Creator are evident in his visible works. ??? For instance, consider the Milky Way galaxy. In this vast ocean of stars, planets, and solar systems, planet Earth appears as insignificant in size as one grain of sand on an endless beach. ??? Why, this one galaxy alone contains over 100 billion stars! If you could count one star each second nonstop for 24 hours a day, it would take you over 3,000 years to reach 100 billion. ??? If the Milky Way galaxy alone contains 100 billion stars, what about the rest of the universe? Astronomers estimate that the Milky Way may be one of anywhere from 50 billion to as many as 125 billion galaxies. ??? How many stars are there in the entire universe? The answer surely is mind-boggling. Yet, Jehovah “is counting the number of the stars; all of them he calls by their names.” (Ps. 147:4) ??? Upon seeing Jehovah clothed in such dignity and splendor, are you not moved to extol his great name?
  14. "It has been accomplished!" — John 19:30. ????? What great things Jesus was able to accomplish with God’s help during the three and a half years from his baptism until his death! When Jesus died, there was a violent earthquake, and the Roman army officer in charge of the execution was moved to say: “Certainly this was God’s Son.” (Matt. 27:54) The officer had apparently seen Jesus being mocked for claiming to be God’s Son. ????? Despite everything that he suffered, Jesus maintained his integrity and proved Satan to be a monstrous liar. Regarding all who support God’s sovereignty, Satan had made this challenge: “A person will give up everything he has to save his life.” (Job 2:4, Complete Jewish Bible) ????? By his faithfulness, Jesus showed that Adam and Eve could have proved faithful under their much easier test. Most important of all, Jesus’ life and death upheld and magnified the righteousness of Jehovah’s sovereignty.— Prov. 27:11.
  15. ? The Golden Sunset ? ?The golden sea its mirror spreads Beneath the golden skies, And but a narrow strip between Of land and shadow lies. ?The cloud-like rocks, the rock-like clouds, Dissolved in glory float, And, midway of the radiant flood, Hangs silently the boat. ?The sea is but another sky, The sky a sea as well, And which is earth, and which the heavens The eye can scarcely tell. ?So when for us life's evening hour Soft-fading shall descend, May glory, born of earth and heaven, The earth and heavens blend; ?Flooded with peace the spirit float, With silent rapture glow, Till where earth ends and heaven begins, The soul shall scarcely know. But my trust is in Jehovah you know I put a rest it all now, and think of his Glow and beauty he has set till the joy Of morning break — Contributed ? 1 GIf and 1 Moving Picture IMG_8113.mov
  16. BOOK OF LAMENTATIONS AND JEREMIAH - SADNESS OF A NATION REJECTED FOR UNFAITHFULNESS - REBELLIOUS NATION! ??? (Lamentations 1:18-20) . . .Jehovah is righteous, for it is against his mouth that I have rebelled. Listen, now, all YOU peoples, and see my pain. My own virgins and my own young men have gone into captivity. ק[Qohph] 19 I have called to those intensely loving me. They themselves have tricked me. In the city my own priests and my own old men have expired, While they had to look for something to eat for themselves that they might refresh their soul. ר[Rehsh] 20 See, O Jehovah, for I am in sore straits. My very intestines are in a ferment. My heart has been overturned in the midst of me, for I have been absolutely rebellious. Outside the sword caused bereavement of children. Within the house it is the same as death." ??? The “able-bodied man,” representing the nation, speaks of his affliction, yet expresses hope (3:1-66)He describes his present desperate situationNevertheless, he is confident that Jehovah will hear his people’s prayers and show mercyTerrible effects of the siege of Jerusalem (4:1-22)Death by the sword was better than death from the famine; women even ate their own childrenFleeing survivors were relentlessly pursued in mountainous and wilderness regionsJehovah is petitioned to note the people’s suffering and to restore them to favor (5:1-22)His people’s hereditary possession has been given to strangersThey have been shamed and debasedThey pray for Jehovah to bring them back to himself even though he rejected them with indignation ??? INTERESTING NOTE ON WHY THEY ARE LIKE AN OSTRICH (Lamentations 4:3) . . .Even jackals themselves have presented the udder. They have suckled their cubs. The daughter of my people becomes cruel, like ostriches in the wilderness.‘Treats Sons Roughly.’ The statement that the ostrich “does treat her sons roughly, as if not hers” (Job 39:16) and reference to ostriches as being “cruel” with respect to their offspring (La 4:3) ??? It is also true that these powerful birds, both male and female, quickly abandon the nest and their young when sensing danger, and even though they may use diversionary tactics to draw enemies away from the nest, this is still ‘rough’ treatment for the unprotected young. ??? Only the protective coloration given by the Creator is what may save the undefended and abandoned chicks, causing the enemy beasts to overlook them and chase after the fleeing parents. The ostrich may properly be termed “cruel,” then, as compared with many other birds and particularly in contrast with the stork, whose affectionate attention and constant concern for its young are proverbial. 17. A young man arrives at the old man and says: - brother, I'm not going to the meeting anymore! ??‍♀️???? The old man then replied: - but why? ??‍♀️???? The young man replied: - Oh! I see the sister who speaks ill of another sister; the brother who does not read well; the people who during the meeting are staring at the cell phone, between so many and so many other wrong things I see. ??‍♀️???? The old man said to him: - good! But first, I want you to do me a favor: take a glass of water and go three laps around the hall without spilling a drop of water on the floor. After that, you can go out. ??‍♀️???? And the young man thought: Easy! And he gave the three laps as he was asked. When he finished he said: - ready, I'm done. ??‍♀️???? And the old man replied: - when you were running around, did you see the sister talk bad about the other? ??‍♀️???? The Young: - no ??‍♀️???? Have you seen people claim each other? ??‍♀️???? The Young: - no ??‍♀️???? Did you see anyone looking mobile? ??‍♀️?? The Young: - no ??‍♀️???? You know why? - you were focused on the glass, so you wouldn't tilt the water. ??? The same thing is in our life. When our focus is our Lord Jehovah, we will not have time to see people's mistakes. ??‍♀️???? Whoever comes out of the congregation because of people, never came in because of God..... ???
  18. Women Who Made Jehovah’s Heart Rejoice - How Can You Also Being a Woman Make His Heart Rejoice, Amidst Opposition? ❤️?????❤️ “May Jehovah reward the way you act, and may there come to be a perfect wage for you from Jehovah.” (RUTH 2:12) ❤️?????❤️ FEAR of God impelled two women to defy a Pharaoh. Faith moved a prostitute to risk her life so as to protect two Israelite spies. Sensibleness and humility in a crisis helped a woman to save many lives and to prevent the anointed of Jehovah from incurring bloodguilt. Faith in Jehovah God along with a spirit of hospitality moved a widow and mother to give the last of her food to a prophet of God. These are just some of the many Scriptural examples of women who made Jehovah’s heart rejoice. ❤️?????❤️ Jehovah’s attitude toward such women and the blessings he bestowed upon them demonstrate that what pleases him above all else are spiritual qualities, which transcend gender. ❤️?????❤️ In today’s world, obsessed as it is with the physical, giving priority to one’s spirituality is a challenge. But that challenge can be met, as is demonstrated by millions of God-fearing women who form a large part of God’s people today. ❤️?????❤️ Such Christian women imitate the faith, discretion, hospitality, and other fine qualities demonstrated by God-fearing women mentioned in the Bible. Of course, Christian men too want to imitate the qualities shown by such exemplary women of ancient times. (Romans 15:4; James 4:8) ❤️?????❤️ Each year, thousands of such women fearlessly preach the Bible’s life-saving message in lands where “the order of the king” forbids it, thus risking their freedom or even their life. (Hebrews 11:23; Acts 5:28, 29) ❤️?????❤️ Impelled by love of God and neighbor, such brave women allow no one to stop them from sharing the good news of God’s Kingdom with others. Consequently, many Christian women contend with opposition and persecution. ❤️?????❤️ Jehovah is fully aware of the deeds of such excellent, courageous women, and he will demonstrate his love for them by preserving their names in his “book of life,” provided they endure faithfully to the end. 20. What is your Dream of Paradise? - Can you imagine what the world will be like? - We have never had Paradise on earth, yet; yes we have beautiful gardens right now that gives us a view of our future on earth!....LOOK... ???? “THE nostalgia for paradise is among the powerful nostalgias that seem to haunt human beings. It may be the most powerful and persistent of all. A certain longing for paradise is evidenced at every level of religious life.” So says The Encyclopedia of Religion. Such nostalgia is only natural, since the Bible tells us that human life began in Paradise—a beautiful garden free of disease and death. (Genesis 2:8-15) It is not surprising that many of the world’s religions hold out the hope of future life in a paradise of one kind or another. ???? WHAT DOES THE BIBLE TEACH ABOUT PARADISE ON EARTH?(Isaiah 35:1,2) "The wilderness and the waterless region will exult, and the desert plain will be joyful and blossom as the saffron. 2 Without fail it will blossom, and it will really be joyful with joyousness and with glad crying out. The glory of Leb′a·non itself must be given to it, the splendor of Car′mel and of Shar′on. There will be those who will see the glory of Jehovah, the splendor of our God." ???? One of the English-speaking world’s famous poets, John Milton (1608-1674), wrote Paradise Lost and its sequel Paradise Regained. In his works, Milton referred to the reward that the faithful will receive in an earthly paradise. Although Milton dedicated much of his life to Bible study, he recognized that Scriptural truth would not be pieced together until Christ’s presence. ???? Today, John Milton is best remembered for composing Paradise Lost, a poetic retelling of the Biblical account of man’s fall from perfection. (Genesis, chapter 3) It is primarily this work, first published in 1667, that earned Milton literary fame, especially in the English-speaking world. He later published a sequel entitled Paradise Regained. These poems present God’s original purpose for man—to enjoy perfect life in an earthly paradise—and point to God’s restoration of Paradise on earth through Christ. In Paradise Lost, for example, Michael the archangel foretells the time when Christ will “reward His faithful, and receive them into bliss, whether in heaven or earth, for then the earth shall all be paradise, far happier place than this of Eden, and far happier days.” ???? (Isaiah 35:3-4) . . .Strengthen the weak hands, YOU people, and make the knees that are wobbling firm. 4 Say to those who are anxious at heart: “Be strong. Do not be afraid. Look! YOUR own God will come with vengeance itself, God even with a repayment. He himself will come and save YOU people.” ???? (Psalm 37:9-11) . . .For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth. ו [Waw] 10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. ???? 21. Why Did "God" Send Jesus Christ to the Earth? - Answers to your questions. “Born to YOU today a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11 ??? 1. Where was Jesus before God sent him to earth? Jesus lived as a spirit person in heaven before he was born in Bethlehem. He was God’s first creation and the only one created directly by God. Therefore, he is fittingly referred to as God’s only-begotten Son. In heaven, he often spoke as God’s representative. That is why he is called the Word. He also acted as God’s helper and took part in the creation of all other things. (John 1:2, 3, 14) Jesus lived with God in heaven for aeons before humankind was created. —Read Micah 5:2; John 17:5. ??? 2. How did God send his Son to earth? Jehovah transferred the life of Jesus from heaven to the womb of Mary by means of holy spirit. So Jesus was born without the aid of a human father. Angels announced his birth to some local shepherds, who were living outdoors at night as they kept watch over their flocks. (Luke 2:8-12) Thus, Jesus was born, not in the depths of winter, but likely in early October, when the weather was still warm. Some time later, Mary and her husband, Joseph, took Jesus to their home in Nazareth and raised him there. Joseph cared for Jesus as his adopted son. —Read Matthew 1:18-23. ??? When Jesus was about 30 years old, he was baptized, and God publicly announced that Jesus was his Son. Then Jesus began the work that God had sent him to do. —Read Matthew 3:16, 17. ??? 3. Why did God send Jesus to earth? God sent Jesus to teach people the truth. Jesus taught about God’s Kingdom, a government in heaven that will bring peace to all the earth. He provided the hope of everlasting life. (John 4:14; 18:36, 37) Jesus also taught people many things about finding real happiness. (Matthew 5:3; 6:19-21) He taught by example. For instance, he showed how to do God’s will even in difficult circumstances. When he was mistreated, he did not retaliate. —Read 1 Peter 2:21-24. ??? Jesus taught his followers self-sacrificing love. He had enjoyed many privileges living in heaven with his Father, yet he humbly obeyed his Father and came to earth to live among mankind. No one could give us a finer example of love than Jesus. —Read John 15:12, 13; Philippians 2:5-8. ??? 4. What did Jesus accomplish by dying? God also sent Jesus to die for our sins. (John 3:16) We are all sinners, meaning that we are imperfect and sinful. That is why we get sick and die. In contrast, the first man, Adam, was perfect. He had no sin and would never have died or become sick. But he lost his perfection when he disobeyed God. From Adam, we inherited sin and its wages, death. —Read Romans 5:12; 6:23. ??? Jesus, who was a perfect man, did not die for his own sins. He died for our sins. Jesus’ death makes it possible for us to enjoy everlasting life and be blessed by God. —Read 1 Peter 3:18 Read more about Jesus Christ at: jw.org
  22. "No man can come to me unless the Father, who sent me, draws him."—John 6:44. ???? There are billions of people on the earth. Thus, it is a real blessing to be among those whom Jehovah has kindly drawn to himself and to whom he has revealed Bible truth. (John 6:44, 45) ???? Only about 1 in every 1,000 people alive today has an accurate knowledge of the truth, and you are one of them. Should that not give all of us, no matter how we learned the truth, cause for rejoicing? (Read 1 Corinthians 2:12.) Gener says: “My hair stands on end when I think about it. Who am I to be known by Jehovah, the Owner of the universe?” (Ps. 8:4) A Christian sister from the same area said: “Students feel very proud just to be recognized by their teacher. How much more of a privilege it is to be known by Jehovah, the Grand Instructor!” ???? If we make the right decisions, we can have a satisfying life now and put ourselves in line to “inherit the earth”—to have everlasting life. There are so many wonderful blessings in store for us that we cannot even imagine them all. (Matt. 5:5; 19:29; 25:34) Granted, God does not give us things automatically. He requires something of us. (Read 1 John 5:3, 4.) But to serve him faithfully now is definitely worth it! ???? What a great privilege it is to have received so much from God! We have accurate knowledge of his Word and a clear understanding of the truth about him and his purposes. We enjoy the privilege of bearing his name and being his Witnesses. God promises us that he is on our side. (Ps. 118:7) ???? May all of us, whether young or old, show our appreciation by living our life in a way that manifests a keen desire to give Jehovah “the glory forever.”—Rom. 11:33-36; Ps. 33:12. https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2014929?q=john+6%3A44&p=par
