  1. Jehovah Does Not Tolerate Hypocritical Worship!

“As regards Jehovah, hiseyes are roving about through all the earth to show his strength in behalf of those whose heart is complete toward him.”—2 CHRONICLES 16:9.

Such as one who deliberately puts up a front, feigning obedience while practicing        sin in secret

32 "For Jehovah detests a devious person, But His close friendship is with the upright." (Proverbs 3:32) NWT  jw.org

  2. Nothing Can “Separate Us From God’s Love” Keep your "fire burning bright in your heart!"

Satan is eager for us to believe that Jehovah God neither loves us nor values us. True, Satan often seduces people by appealing to their vanity and pride. (2 Corinthians 11:3) But he also delights in crushing the self-respect of vulnerable ones. (John 7:47-49; 8:13, 44)

This is particularly so in these critical “last days.” Many today grow up in families where there is “no natural affection.” Others are constantly exposed to those who are fierce, selfish, and headstrong. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

Years of being subjected to ill-treatment, racism, or hatred may have convinced such ones that they are worthless or unlovable.
Jehovah also values our endurance. (Matthew 24:13)

Remember, Satan wants you to turn your back on Jehovah. Each day that you remain loyal to Jehovah is another day that you have helped to furnish a reply to Satan’s taunts. (Proverbs 27:11)

Sometimes endurance is no easy matter. Health problems, financial woes, emotionaldistress, and other obstacles can make each passing day a trial. Postponed expectations can prove discouraging too. (Proverbs 13:12)

Endurance in the face of such challenges is all the more precious to Jehovah. That is why King David asked Jehovah to store up his tears in a “skin bottle,” adding confidently: “Are they not in your book?” (Psalm 56:8)

Yes, Jehovah treasures up and remembers all the tears and suffering we endure while maintaining our loyalty to him. They too are precious in his eyes.

Jehovah searches through us, he carefully sifts, looking for the good.

What about your good qualities and works? Ah, these are the “nuggets” he keeps! Have you ever noticed the way fond parents treasure their children’s drawings or school projects, sometimes for decades after the children have forgotten them?

Jehovah is the fondest Parent. As long as we remain faithful to him, he never forgets our good works and qualities. In fact, he would view it as unrighteous to forget these, and he is never unrighteous. (Hebrews 6:10)

He also sifts us in another way.
“With a love to time indefinite I have loved you. That is why I have drawn you with loving-kindness.”—Jeremiah 31:3.

Perhaps it is through the privilege of prayer that we experience Jehovah’s love in the most intimate way. The Bible invites each of us to “pray incessantly” to God. (1 Thessalonians 5:17) He listens. He is even called the “Hearer of prayer.” (Psalm 65:2)

He has not delegated this office to anyone else, not even to his own Son. Just think: The Creator of the universe urges us to approach him in prayer, with freeness of speech. And what kind of listener is he? Cold, impassive, uncaring? Not at all.

Jehovah is empathetic. What is empathy? One faithful elderly Christian said: “Empathy is your pain in my heart.” Is Jehovah really affected by our pain? We read regarding the sufferings of his people Israel: “During all their distress it was distressing to him.” (Isaiah 63:9)

Not only did Jehovah see their troubles; he felt for the people. Just how intensely he feels is illustrated by Jehovah’s own words to his servants: “He that is touching you is touching my eyeball.”*(Zechariah 2:8) How painful that would be! Yes, Jehovah feels for us. When we hurt, he hurts.

Is Jehovah’s message close to my heart like “a burning fire shut up in my bones,” moving me to share in the Kingdom-preaching and disciple-making work? (Jeremiah 20:9; Matthew 28:19, 20)

Interestingly according to Josephus and other first Century historians the primary reason the Roman Armies came into Jerusalem and its temple was because of groups of religious extremists that they were pursuing. The extremist went to the temple thinking that was a sanctuary or safe place that the Romans would dare not enter. However the Romans were fed - up with all the violence [sedition] and attacked the temple. The extremist said no way and actually started the fires that led to its ultimate destruction - the Romans never intended to destroy the Temple as they wanted it for themselves of course. And most of the Jews were law abiding religious people who were just minding themselves but were "caught in" the place of destruction { except the Jewish Christians who obeyed Jesus words and left}. Notice any similarities today especially since 911?

No wonder the Bible says "get out of her my people". Notice also the "legal" reasons why a nation or nations [democracies] that have laws as did the Romans to not interfere in religions can easily be changed?

Bruceq: May it happens soon in Jehovah's perfect timing! The Armies in Heaven and already on their horses ? ready to march at command! Thank you for your thoughts.

  5. WHAT JEHOVAH WANTS            FOR HIS PEOPLE

"And your own ears will hear a word behind you saying, “This is the way. Walk in it,” in case you should go to the right or in case you should go to the left."

  6. "I am more outstandingly [a minister of Christ]: in labors more plentifully, in prisons more plentifully, in blows to an excess, in near-deaths often."(2 Cor. 11:23)

The apostle Paul. Are you suffering bitter opposition or even persecution? Are you a congregation elder or a circuit overseer who feels overwhelmed by your many responsibilities? If so, the example of Paul can help you.

Paul suffered brutal persecution, and he was always worried about the brothers in the congregations. (2 Corinthians 11:23-29) But Paul never gave up, and his example strengthened others. (Read 2 Corinthians 1:6.)

Your endurance can likewise encourage others to endure.

  7. How important is a Greeting?

It tells a story that a man working at a meatpacking plant in Norway.
One day, finishing your work schedule, was one of the refrigerators to inspect something, shut the door to the safe and got stuck in the refrigerator. He knocked hard on the door and started screaming, but no one listened.

Most workers had already retired to their homes, and it was almost impossible to hear it for the thickness I had that door.

He had five hours in the refrigerator on the verge of death.

    Suddenly the door opened.

The security guard came and rescued him.

After that, the guard asked: "Why is it that came open that door, being that is not part of your work routine?".

He explained: "I've been in this business 35 years, hundreds of workers entering the plant each day, but he is the one who greets me in the morning and said goodbye to me in the evenings. The remaining workers treat me as if I was invisible. "

"Today I said Hello! at the entrance, but never heard: you tomorrow ".
Jesus asked, "If you greet your brothers only, what extraordinary thing do? Do not do the same thing also the people of the nations "(Matt. 5:47)

Regarding the importance of greeting, the consultant Donald Weiss wrote: "Nobody likes him that others pass by without even looking at it. There really is no excuse to appease those who have achieved overlooked. The solution is simple: greet each other and talk to them. "Indeed, if we are careful not cold shoulder or indifference to those around us, we will get good results.

  8. Paradise Restored! - Will YOU See It? -

    (Isaiah 35:1-10)
“THE nostalgia for paradise is among the powerful nostalgias that seem to haunt human beings. It may be the most powerful and persistent of all. A certain longing for paradise is evidenced at every level of religious life.”

Isaiah’s prophecy recorded in Isa chapter 35 describes the transformation of wilderness regions into garden like parks and fruitful fields. The blind gain sight, the mute can speak, and the deaf can hear. In this promised Paradise, there is no grief or sighing, which implies that even death is no more. What a wonderful promise!

What of the future? Will Isaiah’s prophecy ever be fulfilled in a physical way? Yes. The miraculous healings by Jesus and his apostles in the first century demonstrated Jehovah’s desire and ability to perform such healings on a large scale in the future.

The inspired Psalms speak of everlasting life in peaceful conditions on earth. (Psalm 37:9, 11, 29) Jesus promised life in Paradise. (Luke 23:43) Down to its very last book, the Bible provides hope for a literal paradise. At that time, the blind, the deaf, the lame, and the speechless will be healed physically and permanently. Grief and sighing will flee away. Rejoicing will indeed be to time indefinite, even forever.—Revelation 7:9, 16, 17; 21:3, 4.

  9. WATER is Essential to Life, Do you view it as a gift? If there was no water we would die...Jehovah Our Creator can give and use water for our benefit and also at His disposal for destructive forces. He took care of His people in the Desert.

In the future we may also be dependent on Him for WATER both physical and spiritual...Every drop of water is Life-giving...is that How you view it? 60-70% of your body is water!

NO FEAR HE ALSO HAS CONTROL OF WATER!!
    WATER

    How much freshwater is available?
    Total water
    97.5% Salt water
    2.5% Freshwater
    Freshwater
99% Locked up in glaciers and icebergs or underground
1% Available to nearly seven billion humans and countless billions of other life forms

Consider the composition of a molecule of water, a substance essential to life. Because of their design, two atoms of hydrogen will combine in a unique way with a single atom of oxygen to form a molecule of water—billions of which are in each drop! What can we learn by examining a molecule of water and considering its behavior under different circumstances?

~~ The Wonder of Water ~~
Although individual drops of water seem very simple, water is an extremely complex substance. In fact, Dr. John Emsley, a science writer at Imperial College, in London, England, said that it is “one of the most investigated of all chemicals, but it is still the least understood.” New Scientist magazine stated: “Water is the most familiar liquid on Earth, but also one of the most mysterious.”

Dr. Emsley explained that despite the simple structure of water, “nothing is as complex in its behaviour.” For example, he said: “H20 should be a gas, . . . but it is a liquid. Moreover, when it freezes . . . , its solid form, ice, floats instead of sinking,” as would ordinarily be expected. Regarding this unusual behavior, Dr. Paul E. Klopsteg, a past president of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, observed:
“This appears as a remarkable design for sustaining aquatic life such as fishes. Think what would happen if water, as it cools to the freezing point, didn’t behave as described. Ice would form and keep forming until it occupied an entire lake, snuffing out all or most marine life.” Dr. Klopsteg said that this unexpected behavior of water is “evidence of a great and purposeful mind at work in the universe.”

According to New Scientist, researchers now think that they know the reason for this unusual behavior of water. They have developed the first theoretical model that accurately predicts the expansion of water. “The key to the mystery,” the researchers realized, “lay in the spacing of oxygen atoms within these structures.”

Isn’t that remarkable? A molecule that appears so simple challenges human comprehension. And to think that water makes up most of the weight of our body! Do you too see in the marvels of this molecule, of only three atoms of two elements, “evidence of a great and purposeful mind at work”? Yet, a molecule of water is extremely small and much less complex than many other molecules.

~~ The liquid that is a major constituent of all living matter. Jehovah is the Source of this liquid so essential to the life of man, animals, and vegetation on earth. ~~

(Revelation 14:7) . . .“FEAR God and give him glory, because the hour of the judgment by him has arrived, and so worship the One who made the heaven and the earth and sea and fountains of waters.”

~~ He provides it and can control it. ~~
(Nehemiah 9:15) . . .And bread from heaven you gave them for their hunger, and waters out of the crag you brought forth to them for their thirst, and you went on to say to them to enter and possess the land that you had lifted your hand [in an oath] to give to them.

(Exodus 14:21-31) 21 Moses now stretched his hand out over the sea; and Jehovah began making the sea go back by a strong east wind all night long and converting the sea basin into dry ground, and the waters were being split apart. 22 At length the sons of Israel went through the midst of the sea on dry land, while the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. 23 And the Egyptians took up the pursuit, and all the horses of Phar′aoh, his war chariots and his cavalrymen began going in after them, into the midst of the sea. 24 And it came about during the morning watch that Jehovah began to look out upon the camp of the Egyptians from within the pillar of fire and cloud, and he went throwing the camp of the Egyptians into confusion.

(Nehemiah 9:20) . . .And your good spirit you gave to make them prudent, and your manna you did not hold back from their mouth, and water you gave them for their thirst.

(Psalm 78:16) 16 And he went bringing forth streams out of a crag And causing waters to descend just like rivers. . .

(Psalm 78:20) 20 Look! He struck a rock That waters might flow and torrents themselves might flood forth. “Is he able also to give bread itself, Or can he prepare sustenance for his people?. . .
ing waters to descend just like rivers. . .

~~ God furnished the Israelites with water, miraculously when necessary gave them a land having plenty of water and promised to bless their water supply as long as they obeyed him.~~

(Exodus 23:24, 25) . . .. 25 And YOU must serve Jehovah YOUR God, and he will certainly bless your bread and your water; and I shall indeed turn malady away from your midst.

~~ Because of the power of water as a destructive agent (causing drowning, washing away, or similar effects), it is often employed as a symbol of some destructive force. ~~

~~ Life-giving water. Jehovah is “the source of living water.” Only from him and through his Son, Jesus Christ, the Chief Agent of life, can men receive everlasting life. ~~

~~ God’s word of truth. God’s word of truth is likened to water that cleanses. The Christian congregation is clean in the sight of God, like a chaste bride for Christ, who cleansed it “with the bath of water by means of the word.” ~~

(Ephesians 5:25-27) . . .Christ also loved the congregation and delivered up himself for it, 26 that he might sanctify it, cleansing it with the bath of water by means of the word, 27 that he might present the congregation to himself in its splendor, not having a spot or a wrinkle or any of such things, but that it should be holy and without blemish.

(John 4:13, 14) 13 In answer Jesus said to her: “Everyone drinking from this water will get thirsty again. 14 Whoever drinks from the water that I will give him will never get thirsty at all, but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water bubbling up to impart everlasting life.”

  10.      "Those days will                   be cut short."—Matt. 24:22. NWT
             jw.org

    Cutting short the days.

    Our King revealed what

     will occur at this point

    during the great tribulation.

    Jesus stated:

“On account of the chosen ones those days will

be cut short.” (Read Matthew 24:21, 22.)

Jesus’ words were fulfilled on a small scale in 66 C.E. when Jehovah “cut short”.  the Roman army’s attack on Jerusalem. (Mark 13:20)

That action allowed Christians in Jerusalem and Judea to be saved. What will then happen on a global scale during the coming great tribulation?

Jehovah, by means of our King, will “cut short” the United Nations’ attack on religion so that the true religion will not be destroyed with the false. Thus, while all false religious organizations will be torn down, the one true religion will survive. (Ps. 96:5).

The motto of the city is "TURRIS FORTISSIMA EST NOMEN JEHOVA" - “The name of Jehovah is the strongest tower".

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plymouth

Abel: Thank you so much for sharing! I have so many pictures on my computer of churches and even the Vatican that have Jehovah's Name on them, but don't teach people about this. Yet, we see of course other names in the Bible known, Jesus Christ the Hebrew form,

    JESUS CHRIST

The name and title of the Son of God from the time of his anointing while on earth.

The name Jesus (Gr., I·e·sousʹ) corresponds to the Hebrew nameJeshua (or, in fuller form, Jehoshua), meaning “Jehovah Is Salvation.” The name itself was not unusual, many men being so named in that period. For this reason persons often added further identification, saying, “Jesus the Nazarene.” (Mr 10:47; Ac 2:22) Christ is from the Greek Khri·stosʹ, the equivalent of the Hebrew Ma·shiʹach (Messiah), and means “Anointed One.” Whereas the expression “anointed one” was properly applied to others before Jesus, such as Moses, Aaron, and David (Heb 11:24-26; Le 4:3; 8:12; 2Sa 22:51), the position, office, or service to which these were anointed only prefigured the superior position, office, and service of Jesus Christ. Jesus is therefore preeminently and uniquely “the Christ, the Son of the living God.”Mt 16:16.

Who has "hidden" God's Name from the people?

Paul said: “The god of this system ofthings has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.” (2 Corinthians 4:4) “The god of this system of things” is none other than Satan the Devil. He is the principal promoter of false worship. “Satan himself keeps transforming himself into an angel of light,” wrote Paul. “It is therefore nothing great if his ministers also keep transforming themselves into ministers ofrighteousness.” (2 Corinthians 11:14, 15) Satan makes bad things appear good and deceives people into believing lies.

So we need to proclaim the name of Jehovah! The Truth will known throughout the earth before the end.
