The Truth About Easter. “There is no indication of the observance of the Easter festival in the New Testament,” states The Encyclopædia Britannica. How did Easter get started? It is rooted in pagan worship. While this holiday is supposed to commemorate JesusÂ’ resurrection, the customs associated with the Easter season are not Christian. For instance, concerning the popular “Easter bunny,” The Catholic Encyclopedia says: “The rabbit is a pagan symbol and has always been an emblem of fertility.” Â

The Rainbow Tree As the outer layer of the rainbow eucalyptus tree’s bark peels away, the bright green layer underneath begins to show. ????? Over time, it fades to a darker green, and then to blue, purple, pink, orange, red, maroon, and back to brown. When it reaches that point, it will peel again and start the process anew. ????? Since different layers peel at different times on different parts of the tree, the result is a tree trunk and branches that look like theyÂ’ve been painted with hundreds of brushstrokes. ????? The rainbow eucalyptus is native to the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia, and is grown in other tropical environments that are similarly mild and humid. ????? Unfortunately, it cannot survive hot and dry weather or frosty conditions, and can only be grown in specific regions near the equator that will sustain this type of tree. ????? It is commonly planted in parks and gardens in countries that can grow it. This natural beauty can also be found lining the Hana highway in Maui, Hawaii, and in swampy areas of Africa, ????? U.S CONTAINS AGRESSOR'S VIDEO FIRING A KINGDOM HALL Alleged arson damages the Kingdom Halls in Olympia and Tumwater on Monday morning Fires at two Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses in Olympia and Tumwater are being treated as a crime after a person was seen pouring a liquid around one of the buildings and setting it on fire on Monday morning. Olympia Fire Chief Rob Bradley said he reviewed security camera images that showed a person "clearly spilling a liquid on the outside of the church." On the site, it smelled like a petroleum-based substance. Olympia fire investigators will help the Olympia police in the investigation, he said. Bradley also said that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is sending agents to Olympia and Tumwater. The Olympia fire started sometime before 8:20 a.m. Monday at the Kingdom Hall at 2225 Cain Road SE. Firefighters shot down the fire quickly and then the crews began rebuilding and rescue efforts, Bradley said. He estimated the cost of fire damage at $ 50,000. No injuries were reported In Tumwater, firefighters were sent to the Kingdom Hall at 1199 N. Ninth Ave. SO at approximately 9 a.m. M Members of the congregation were to enter the room when they noticed smoke coming from the north side of the building, said Tumwater Fire Chief Scott LaVielle. At first they used a garden hose to fight the fire, then they called 911, he said. LaVielle said firefighters and police determined there were two fires on the north side of the building. They also found the "glow and smell of some kind of accelerant," he said. "We take samples," LaVielle said. No one was injured, he said. There are now just two Northern White Rhinos left, both female. The future of this subspecies will now depend on science to save this subspecies. He Created Us to be here and glorify Him as His Creatures! With a heavy heart, I share this news and hope that Sudan's legacy will awaken us to protect this magnificent and fragile planet. Yesterday, Joseph Wachira, 26 comforted Sudan, the last living male Northern White Rhino moments before he passed away. Sudan lived a long, healthy life at the conservancy after he was brought to Kenya from @safari_park_dvur_kralov in the #czechrepublic in 2009. He died surrounded by people who loved him at @olpejeta after suffering from age-related complications that led to degenerative changes in muscles and bones combined with extensive skin wounds. Sudan has been an inspirational figure for many across the world. Thousands have trooped to Ol Pejeta to see him and he has helped raise awareness for rhino conservation. The two female northern white rhinos left on the planet are his direct descendants. Research into new Assisted Reproductive Techniques for large mammals is underway due to him. The impact that this special animal has had on conservation is simply incredible. And there is still hope in the future that the subspecies might be restored through IVF. In 2009, I had the privilege of following this gentle hulking creature on his journey from the snowy Dour Krylov zoo in the Czech Republic to the warm plains of Kenya, when he was transported with three of his fellow Northern White Rhinos in a last ditch effort to save the subspecies. It was believed that the air, water, and food, not to mention room to roam, might stimulate them to breed—and the offspring would then be used to repopulate Africa. At the time, there were 8 Northern white rhinos alive, all in zoos. Today, we are witnessing the extinction of a species that had survived for millions of years but could not survive mankind. Your Creations are Amazing Jehovah! Look at these leaf ? cutter ants ? Leaf Cutter Ants in the Amazon jungle. While in Baños with visiting family we went camping in the high jungle above Shell, Ecuador where we encountered these fascinating insects. According to Wikipedia there are 47 species of Leaf Cutter Ants. Next to humans they form the most complex animal societies on earth. There are four ‘castes’ of workers that perform different functions based mostly on size. Their underground nests can be 98 feet across and have satellite nests going out 260 feet. Large nests can contain eight million individual ants! A perfect illustration of Romans 1:20: “For his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward because they are perceived by the things made.” Repost @ecua_gringo ??? Who Made These Northern Lights? Did they make themselves? What would you answer? How does creation reveal God’s power and wisdom? We believe that God exists because we have examined the facts and used our “power of reason." 11 "Faith is the assured expectation of what is hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities that are not seen". (Hebrews 11:1) We can see Jehovah’s wisdom in the way he designed the many creatures that live on earth. 24 "How many your works are, O Jehovah! You have made all of them in wisdom. Jehovah foreknew that Pharaoh would refuse permission for the Israelites to leave “except by a strong hand” (Ex 3:19, 20), and he foreordained the plague resulting in the death of the firstborn. (Ex 4:22, 23) The apostle PaulÂ’s discussion of GodÂ’s dealings with Pharaoh is often incorrectly understood to mean that God arbitrarily hardens the heart of individuals according to his foreordained purpose, without regard for the individualÂ’s prior inclination, or heart attitude. Thank Jehovah Brother Brown is Alive! ?? Meet Bible Brown. My 85 year old father-in-law. An elder and baptized for 47 years, he is now plagued with dementia and Parkinson’s. Even though some days he canÂ’t even remember the names of his own children, he has not forgotten his vow to Jehovah. He is still out in the ministry as much as possible. He has not given up.
