Parliament denies petition will ban Jehovah's Witnesses ~ Things are moving towards an end.

The decision was taken unanimously by the members of the Parliamentary Committee on Constitutional Affairs, and without debate, in view of the opinion to that effect from the services of the Assembly of the Republic.

The law requires that parliament prevent the admissibility of petitions when its object is illegal.

Religious freedom is a constitutional right in Portugal since the approval of the Constitution of the Republic in 1976.

Petitions are addressed by citizens to the Assembly of the Republic for the "defense of personal interests, the Constitution, the law or the general interest" or to request "a legislative initiative".

When they are signed by more than a thousand people, the petitioners are heard in the parliamentary committee, the petition is published in the Diário da Assembleia da República and when they reach 4,000 they are debated in the plenary.

The online petition on Jehovah's Witnesses, which has as its first subscriber José João Felgueiras Grego, claims that this religious organization is "against citizenship", "against blood", has an "extremist mentality", a " hate speech ", is" a dictatorship "and" destroys the dreams of the people ".

Petitions are directed by citizen groups are directed to the Assembly of the Republic for the "defense of personal interests, the Constitution, the law or the general interest" or to request "a legislative initiative."

From Archives worth reading again! 

I was sitting on a summer day, beneath a shady tree,
Descending into slumber, when a vision came to me.

There was beating of a thousand drums - the ground was
Shaking too. Then over the horizon came a woman into view.

And then another woman, with a hundred at her heel.
They multiplied a thousand fold - the vision was surreal!

Salvation was their helmet, and solid faith their shield,
With righteousness as breastplates, their hearts were well
Concealed.

A mighty sword they all possessed, held tightly in their
Palms. Was this the female army indicated in the Psalms?

Their eyes were facing forward as they marched in perfect
Time. Then I recognized their faces! These were sisters -
Friends of mine!

See there that single sister? Satan put her to the test!
How she longed to have a husband; to be loved like all the
Rest!

And there, that older sister, though her spouse does not
Believe, You'll find her out in service, every morning,
Noon and eve.

Another lost her husband, yet she marches through her trial.
Says she, 'He's on vacation - merely resting for awhile.'

And that one lost her husband when he simply went AWOL.
He dropped his sword mid-battle, yet she's marching straight
And tall.

Oh yes, and there's my sister with her young ones - quite a
Sight. Her husband is in prison - for the war he refused to
Go and fight.

This sister here seems quite content - her life seems quite
Ideal, But what goes on behind closed doors she never will
Reveal.

In spite of all these hardships, the women march on strong.
The old, the young, the strong, the weak: they bravely
Trudge along.

And then, like lightening, one of them stepped right up to
My face. 'How dare you rest!' she said to me. 'There's no
Time left to waste!'

'Here, take this sword and take this shield, this
Breastplate you must wear.'
'Don't rest until the Kingdom News is broadcast everywhere!'

And so I found my place in line, with no time to debate.
For now I see the urgency - my sleep will have to wait.

No time for insecurities, no time for shrinking back.
Just time to get this preaching done, false doctrines to
Attack!

So next time you sit down to rest, or get the urge to snooze, 
Or if you start to tire out while preaching the good news,

Observe this military force, just see what they can do,
And pray for strength from God on high, then you can do it
Too.

QUESTION??? DOES JEHOVAH KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, AND DOES HE HELP?

One gas station attendant,  in Poland prided himself on knowing the location of all the cities and how to get there. 

One day a Witness drove his car in to get gas. It was an old junker and the attendant began teasing the brother about it. He said, " I bet that old car won't get you down this street." The brother replied. "This old car will get me all the way to ARMAGEDDON, " then drove away.

The attendant was puzzled by that remark because he had never heard of a city called ARMAGEDDON. He poured over his maps but still could not find it.

After that he asked every person that drove into the gas station if they knew where ARMAGEDDON was. Of course no one knew.

One day, sometime later, another brother came into get gas and was asked by the attendant, "Say, do you know where ARMAGEDDON  is ? 

The brother replied, " I sure do" The attendent got so excited , he ran into the station to get maps. He came out holding them and said , " Show me where this ARMAGEDDON is "

The brother said, " Well first of all, you have the wrong map, "  You need this one." He pulled out his BIBLE,  and began witnessing to the attending.

As a result, this attendant is now an Elder... A brother going door- to door met a man who said very emphatically that he was not interested.

He told the brother " tell it to the dog", so the brother did. He gave his whole sermon, read the scriptures and presented the Wacthtower & Awake  to the dog...When he was through, he looked at the man and said."The dog said yes." The man said that if the dog said yes, then he would take a set as well...So the brother placed the set with the man...( Told by a Governing Body) - Bible Speaks -

Mostly offices there with those working at these offices and JW Broadcasting. Not sure I can give you other info? It is now 2018, many things have changed including  the opening of the New World Headquarters in Warwick, New York. Most of those of the Governing Body travels constantly to help the World-Wide work. Many times he’s a shuttle to the Airports many miles away in New York. Buses travel there, Perhaps plan a trip to see for yourself? The facility is very organized and clean as well as enjoyable to visit.

My Son is in Tuxedo JW Broadcasting. He lives in same apartments as they all do. Many are in his location. No worries they are all modest and respected for their modesty. Nobody is greater than another. Hope that helps you? Perhaps plan a trip soon there?

You are now one step closer. You graduated high school yesterday, turned in your auxiliary pioneer slip today, with the goal of applying for Bethel summer of 2019.

You’ve come a long way despite many family challenges and never letting the challenges we face hinder your goals, always putting Jehovah first and making the truth your own.

Who was John the Baptist? - How did he Proclaim the Christ? ~ ???

The first human authorized by God to perform water baptism was John the son of Zechariah and Elizabeth.
