Be Compelled by God’s “Indescribable Free Gift”
“Thanks be to God for his indescribable free gift.”—2 COR. 9:15.
Jehovah has given us through Christ is far greater than the gift described in this example. (1 Pet. 3:18) Consider why. Because of inherited sin, we are all facing the death penalty. (Rom. 5:12) 
Lovingly, Jehovah arranged for Jesus to come to the earth and “taste death for everyone.” (Heb. 2:9) 
Not only did Jehovah save our present life but he laid the basis for wiping out the cause of death forever. (Isa. 25:7, 8; 1 Cor. 15:22, 26) 
All who exercise faith in Jesus will receive everlasting life in peace and happiness as earthly subjects of God’s Kingdom by Christ or, for the anointed, as corulers in that Kingdom. (Rom. 6:23; Rev. 5:9, 10) 
What other blessings are included in this gift from Jehovah?
Jehovah’s gift includes the curing of all our sicknesses, the transformation of our earth into a paradise, and the resurrection of the dead. (Isa. 33:24; 35:5, 6; John 5:28, 29) 
We surely love Jehovah and his dear Son for giving us what is an “indescribable free gift.” 
 9 "But we do see Jesus, who was made a little lower than angels, now crowned with glory and honor for having suffered death, so that by God’s undeserved kindness he might taste death for everyone."

Well, it appears that the Russian Prosecution is grasping at straws on this "extremism" accusation, which is a catch-all for anything that they don't culturally like ... sort of like our term "brazen conduct", which shows up for the first time in the 2010 secret Elders Handbook, and three years later for the first time in ANY Bible translation in the 2013 New World Translation, for obvious reasons.
The only time in my life I had heard the term "brazen" heard before was in a Western cowboy movie where the refined womenfolk of a frontier town were incensed that the saloon prostitutes when shopping dared to come on the "respectable" side of the street ... referring to them as "brazen hussys!"
As far as "extremeism" goes ( whatever THAT means ...) Jehovah's Witnesses are the most pacifistic people on the Earth, and are no clear and present danger to ANY secular society or government ... and most of the secular world is fully aware of that.
The prosecution tried to throw the blood issue up against the wall to see if it would stick, but from the pseudo-translation/summary it looks like ( to mix some metaphors..) the low down caper on that scam did not fly, for the reasons stated.
My first GUESS is that the Russian Orthodox Church wants JWs out of the country, and wants to confiscate their assets. Putin THINKS of himself as a solid Christian, and a defender of his doctrines, and the Russian Orthodox Church's doctrines .. plus it would be fun to confiscate all their assets. He is a multi-billionaire many times over and can afford to play with the "pawns".
My second GUESS, which was actually the first thing that came to mind, is that the Global reputation Jehovah's Witnesses have for within their own ranks, exhibiting extreme cruelty in the manner of disfellowshipping ... disciplining one person, and destroying entire family relationships between immediate families, and across generations and extended families, and across every person in his culture .. is akin to setting a disobedient baby on fire.
It will be interesting to eventually get full and complete transcripts of this case after it fully plays out, and someone makes it available on the Internet.
I hope that, since the Brotherhood has spent about $80,000,000 ( Eighty MILLION DOLLARS) on international postage, that the Society will be the ones to provide those transcripts to not only the Brotherhood, but the whole world.
It is shameful when in order to get HARD NEWS, we have to go elsewhere.

The assembly at the base of Mount Sinai was the first large gathering of God’s people for spiritual instruction on record. It truly was a landmark event in the history of pure worship. 
On that thrilling occasion, which participants no doubt never forgot, Jehovah gave the Israelites a demonstration of his power when he gave them his Law. (Ex. 19:2-9, 16-19; read Exodus 20:18; Deuteronomy 4:9, 10.) (Exodus 19:2-9)

That event was key to God’s subsequent dealings with Israel.

The Israelites Ask for a King
Israel’s first king, Saul, proves disobedient. He is succeeded by David, with whom God makes a covenant for an everlasting kingdom
At first, Saul was impressed with David’s courage and placed the young man over his army.
But David’s successes made Saul bitterly jealous. David had to flee for his life and live as a fugitive for years. Still, David remained loyal to the king who was trying to kill him, reasoning that King Saul had been appointed by Jehovah God.
Finally, Saul died in battle. Before long, David became king, as Jehovah had promised.

I'm glad. I always thought that the "evidence-planting" videos should be the most important piece of evidence in the case. Shows that the JWs are being too compliant and not giving local authorities the ammunition to play out their own prejudices against the JWs.
Also, they recognize that these videos have produced an embarrassment worldwide. No matter what the outcome, the jw.org site did all JWs a favor (worldwide) by putting these videos on the site.

This is interesting. But it is based on the idea that a religion can be declared extremist for the following types of issues, and I suppose it would fall under 'failure to fulfill their civic duty.' This brings it right back to the problem in the United States of "JWs" in 1917 (WTBTS) when the updated Espionage Act was enforced in 1918.
I thought the following was potentially important.
The prosecutors are probably concerned about setting precedents that could be used against religions more generally. The Ministry of Justice SHOULD be just as concerned, but are obviously not thinking about the implications of this ruling about "extremism" on any ad-hoc group of Russian Orthodox believers who might want to meet and discuss a specific area of interest that arises from Bible Study. Imagine if a group of Russian Orthodox believers prints summaries of their Bible studies that highlight new things they learned that are not being highlighted in the tenets of the Russian Orthodox church. Or what if their studies lead them to start a charity to care for injured Russian veterans but then, in promoting how wonderful their charity is, they compare themselves with other religions who have ignored the opportunity to create such a useful charity. They have just undermined the respect for other religions, and made themselves extremist. The prosecutors appear that they understand how this could backfire, and the MoJ seems not to care about being so careful -- knowing, I assume, that the Russian Orthodox church will always be legally untouchable. Yet, very secular leaders in their recent past have already proved that nothing is untouchable.

First, the refusal of blood transfusions is not related to the concept of "extremism" (no other reason, except for extremist activity, to ban Jehovah's Witnesses, the Ministry of Justice does not result in a lawsuit).
Second, the CA was not a party to the litigation and is not even mentioned in any of the solutions.
Thirdly, introduction of these decisions affects medical confidentiality. To evaluate them, you will need to seek the consent of the patients and their medical records. In all decisions, without exception, said that parents would treat their children and treated in hospitals. Refusal of treatment was not a lie.
Lawyer little wife points out that the ECHR ruling, which provides a legal interpretation of the refusal of blood transfusions, are examples of prohibitions in Islam and Orthodoxy, which can be potentially hazardous to health. "However, the Ministry of Justice does not come out with a claim for the liquidation of the centralized organization of religions", - says little wife.

I have included scriptures and a link. We all will be tested, yet those in a position of oversight in the Congregation will have judgment first. 
17 For it is the appointed time for the judgment to start with the house of God.
Now if it starts first with us, what will the outcome be for those who are not obedient to the good news of God?

14 Their eyes are full of adultery and are unable to desist from sin, and they entice unstable ones. They have a heart trained in greed. They have followed the path of Baʹlaam the son of Beʹor, who loved the reward of wrongdoing, 16  but was reproved for his own violation of what was right.
A voiceless beast of burden speaking with a human voice hindered the prophet’s mad course. 17 These are waterless springs and mists driven by a violent storm, and the blackest darkness has been reserved for them. 18 They make high-sounding statements that are empty. By appealing to the desires of the flesh and with acts of brazen conduct, they entice people who have just escaped from those who live in error. 19  While they are promising them freedom, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for if anyone is overcome by someone, he is his slave. 20  Certainly if after escaping from the defilements of the world by an accurate knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they get involved again with these very things and are overcome, their final state has become worse for them than the first.21 It would have been better for them not to have accurately known the path of righteousness than after knowing it to turn away from the holy commandment they had received. 22 
What the true proverb says has happened to them: “The dog has returned to its own vomit, and the sow that was bathed to rolling in the mire.” (2 Peter 2:1-22)
 
MAN OF LAWLESSNESS
An expression used by the apostle Paul at 2 Thessalonians 2:2, 3 in warning of the greatanti-Christian apostasy that would develop before “the day of Jehovah.” The Greek word for “apostasy” here used, a·po·sta·siʹa, denotes more than a mere falling away, an indifferent sliding back. It means a defection, a revolt, a planned, deliberate rebellion. In ancient papyrus documents a·po·sta·siʹa was used politically of rebels.
A Religious Revolt. This rebellion, however, is not a political one. It is a religious one, a revolt against Jehovah God and Jesus Christ and therefore against the Christian congregation.
Foretold. Other forecasts of this apostasy were made by the apostles Paul and Peter both verbally and in writing, and the Lord Jesus Christ himself warned of its coming. In his illustration of the wheat and the weeds (Mt 13), Jesus said that the Devil would sow “weeds,” imitation Christians, “sons of the wicked one,” among the “wheat,” the “sons of the kingdom.” These would exist until the conclusion of the system of things, when they would be identified and ‘burned up.’
Destroyed. This composite, hypocritical “man of lawlessness” is to be done away with by the Lord Jesus “by the spirit of his mouth” and brought to nothing “by the manifestation of his presence.” The annihilation of this wicked opposer of God will be visible, concrete proof that the Lord Jesus Christ is sitting and acting as Judge. He will not judge according to his own standards, hence the destruction “by the spirit of his mouth” evidently means in expression of Jehovah’s judgment against this wicked class of persons.—2Th 2:8; compare Re 19:21, as to “the long sword . . . which sword proceeded out of his mouth.”

Greetings from Guatemala. I had an awesome experience on a bus. I got permission from the bus driver to show “The Return of the Prodigal Son” (El regreso del hijo prodigo) .. in Spanish, of course. 
You see, most long distance buses are equipped with flat-screen TV’s, and many times inappropriate movies are shown during the bus ride. 
I remembered a similar experience from Ecuador in the 2010 yearbook, and I decided to put it into practice here in Guatemala. 
On this particular bus ride, I observed all the passengers readily watching the video. One lady asked me if it was a Mormon video. I got a chance to witness to her. 
If anyone would like to try this method of suggesting JW.org videos on bus rides, I would suggest carrying the DVD’s with you. Since most of us have the videos downloaded on our devices, the DVD’s aren’t used as much anymore. 
But we can put them to use on long distance buses in these developing countries. ???? Tuve una experiencia muy amena… obtuvé permiso para ponerlo.@misuni_verzo thank you
