John “Yunko” Molnar, a native of St. Michael, Pennsylvania, was born to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Molnar. He was married for 59 years 7 months to Ethel Molnar. John was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on October 23, 1971.

In addition to his wife, John is survived by sons John Jr (Sharon), Jeff (Pam), and Joe. Sister Betty and brother in law Mike. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

Pop Pop was dearly loved by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was also dearly loved by many friends and neighbors who just called him “Pops”. He enjoyed woodworking in his shed making all kinds of things including many walking canes for family and friends.

Memorial services for John Molnar will be on Saturday, August 6 at 2:00 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Pulaski TN with Robert Matthews officiating.

The family would like to sincerely thank all of our dear friends for the many visits, cards, and other kindnesses expressed during John’s illness. Special thanks to Jamie Gandy, Sammi Jo, and Jody of Avalon Hospice.
