Carol Rolston was predeceased by her father Henry Mrychka. Carol is survived by her mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Mrychka; her husband David “Dave” Keith Rolston; sons: Glendon Ryan Henry Rolston,  Brent (Noni) David Rolston; granddaughters: Raya Telysse Rolston and Harli Jo Rolston; brothers: Ronald (Sandra) Henry Mrychka, David (Shirley) Tracey Mrychka, along with nieces, nephews and friends. Carol was born on July 24, 1956 in Fillmore, SK to Henry and Elizabeth Mrychka. She was raised on the farm north of Fillmore. She loved adopting and caring for all sorts of animals. She has one older brother Ronald, and one younger brother David. She married David Rolston on September 15, 1973 at the age of 17 years. They had two sons, Glendon and Brent. She had wanted a daughter and got one when Brent married Noni and they had two girls, Raya and Harli. Carol adored her girls and spoiled them in the best way.She did crafts for many years and shared things she made with friends and family. There was very few things she couldn’t do, from renovating, fixing and creating.  She was a wonderful friend, gave the best advice and hugs. She loved people and did whatever was needed to help. A dear daughter, wife, mom, grandma, auntie, sister and sister-in-law will be missed by all. Her memory will be treasured by all that knew her. “There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others.” A Funeral Service for Carol will be held Saturday, August 27, at 1:00pm from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Weyburn, with Mr. Jade Fellner officiating. Lunch will be held at the Wheatland Senior Centre, Weyburn. Interment will take place at a later date.
