Warren D. Hume, age 67 of North Tonawanda and formerly of Warsaw, passed away on November 11, 2016 after a long illness. Warren was born in Warsaw and moved to North Tonawanda in his 22nd year. Warren was dedicated to his faith as a Baptised Jehovah’s Witness for over 50 years.

He worked at various factory positions throughout his life while helping build the family business – San-Ter Sewing. For many years, he played guitar with the Smokey Mountain Band around Western New York. He and his wife, Sandra (nee Becker) were married December 4th, 1971 and had 5 children and 14 grandchildren.

Beloved husband of Sandra Hume. Loving father of Rachel Turturro, Audrey (Michael) LaFleur, Tracie (Travis) Desso, Douglas Hume and Steven (Holly) Hume. Proud grandfather of Emily, Benjamin and Evan Wolfe, Dustin, Adam and Kc LaFleur, Tori Desso, Dallas, Colton, Zachary and Brenden Mors, Tristan, Kayla and Wyatt Hume. Proceeded by Grant and Rosetta Hume. Loving brother to Karen (Robert) Mix, James (Becky) Hume, Agnes (Phillip) Julch, Arthur Hume, Katherine (Ronald) Anderson. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and loving friends.

Friends received at the North Tonawanda Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 7375 Nash Road, North Tonawanda, NY on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. Association to follow at Columbia Hook and Ladder, 85 Columbia Drive, North Tonawanda. Memorial may be made to Jehovah’s Witnesses. Arrangements by Brunner Funeral Home.
