Stasko, Mary Elizabeth

DOYLESTOWN - Mary Elizabeth Stasko of Doylestown died Dec. 9, 2016, at the age of 89.

She was born Oct. 15, 1927, to Frank and Inez Swan in Hobart, Ind. She married Henry "Hank" Stasko June 18, 1949. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in January, 1959. Liz and Hank loved to dance, whether on the ballroom floor or in their kitchen. Her life revolved around her family and friends. We will fondly remember her for the sparkle in her eyes, her keen sense of style, warm hospitality, and readiness to assist in any need. She will be greatly missed until we see her again.

Liz is survived by children, Michael (Tina), Patricia (Jim), Cheryl (Will), Chuck, and Tom (Kimberly); grandchildren, Tyler (Jackeline), Mackenzie, and Tia; great-grandchildren, Teagan and Gabriella; and siblings, Patricia Krulik and Leon (Char) Swan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hank, and brother, Frank Swan.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, at 3:30 p.m. at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES in Beaver Dam. Visitation starting at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall. Grasse Funeral Service of Rio is serving the family.
