Phillip Dale Fisher, loving husband and father, devoted Spiritual man died on January 20, 2017 in Phoenix Arizona. He was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Opal Marie and Clifford Wines Fisher on June 20th, 1937. Phillip grew up attending all years of his schooling and Graduated in Colorado Springs. After working for over 20 years for the City of Colorado Springs Utility Division, he moved his family, wife Sonia and Children, Regina and Phillip Dean to Buena Vista Colorado to help support the local Congregation of Jehovah’s Witness there. He worked for ASI as his means for supporting his family. He soon started his own specialized electrical controls company and worked in many various areas around the State of Colorado specializing in that industry. There wasn’t anything, Electrically, that he didn’t understand or couldn’t fix. He was very well known for his talents. He continued to live as resident of Chaffee County for nearly 37 years. 

Phillip Dale is proceeded in death by both parents, his two brothers, Clifford and Wayne, and his sister Phyllis Dean. 

He is survived by his wife Sonia, son Phillip Dean and his family, both of Salida, Colorado; daughter Regina Curley and her family of Alamosa, Colorado; Daughter Rhonda Ferrell and her family of Katy, Texas; Daughter Lesa Herchak and her family of Denver, Colorado; Son Randy and his family of Colorado Springs; Son Rex and his family of Torrington, Wyoming.

Phillip Dale lived his entire adult life as a dedicated Witness of Jehovah. He, for most of his life and most recently served in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses as a Congregation Elder in Poncha Springs, Colorado. He served the community as a full-time minister as well as a member with the Colorado Regional Building Committee of Jehovah’s Witnesses since 1996. Through this building work, while helping others gave him the utmost satisfaction in helping to organize such Construction needs. Phillip diligently shared in helping to build Kingdom Halls throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and parts of Utah, New Mexico and Nebraska. This work was most fulfilling to him during his life. 

Phillip’s Memorial arrangements will be held in Colorado Springs on Saturday February 4, @ 1:00 PM, 720 Crestline Drive at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
