Steve Perich of Lititz, PA, passed away suddenly on June 10, 2017 at the age of 86.

Steve was born to parents Peter and Fannie Perich on December 5, 1930 in Palmerton, PA. He grew up as the second-youngest of nine children. Steve graduated from the Thaddeus Stevens Trade School, Lancaster, PA in 1949, where he learned the carpentry trade. In 1951, he married his high school sweetheart, Helen Arnet, and served in the United States Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Randolph from 1951 to 1955. He retired from Benchmark Construction in 2008.

Steve was a member of the Lancaster, East Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, where he served many years as an elder. In addition to his wife, Helen, he is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Buckingham and Diane Green; his sons, Steven Perich and Daniel Perich; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Cortese and Katherine Perich; and his brother, George Perich.

Steve was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, friend to many, and talented woodworker.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial on Saturday, July 1 at 4:00 PM, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 921 Fruitville Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
