Laveda Joyce Coronado

Laveda Joyce Coronado, 67, of Clifton, passed away June 28, 2017. She was born in Covina, Calif., on May 7, 1950, to Rosemary and Joe Brooks. Joy was the youngest of three children.

Joy will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was gifted with the ability to make everyone feel valued, loved and important. All who met her felt special in her presence.

She will also be remembered by her beautiful smile, her laugh, sense of humor and words of wisdom.

Joy also loved and cherished being a Jehovah Witness. She would go door to door to speak about God and share his word from the Bible.

She is survived by: her husband of almost 45 years, David Coronado ; her seven children, Rachel (Russell) Breshears, Diego Coronado, Dionna (Cody) White, Julian Coronado, Crispin Coronado, Marina Coronado and Pilar (Alex) Knotts; and her four grandchildren, Lucy Knotts, and Christopher, Christian and Corrie White.

Memorial services will be held at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 2 p.m., July 8, 2017.
