If five different states are mentioned, it becomes extremely inaccurate. I read the same news from Indonesia and found several newspapers talking about it. But about Moldova if there are no safe sources remains a fake one.

I've translated your source in many other language. Only in english the original letters DPR are translated with 5 different country. In other language is ever DNI.

I found that maybe it is not Moldova because DPR ДНP is for Donetsk Republic who is in Ukraine.
