If Jesus Is God, Then...

1) Why did he say "the father has granted him life"(John 5:26)

2) Why did he say "nor have I come for my own initiative, no, but that one that sent me"? (John 8:42; 1 John 4:9)

3) Why did Jesus say he did not know the day or the time of great tribulation, but only the father? (Matthew 24:36)

4) Whom did Jesus pray to?(Matthew 27:46)

5) To whom did Jesus enter "in heaven himself, to appear now in front of the person of God in favor of us"? (Hebrews  9:24)

6) Why Jesus said "the father is greater  than I am"? (John 14:28)

7) Who spoke from heaven in Jesus baptism saying "this is my son"? (Matthew 3:17)

8) Who raised Jesus to a higher position? (Philippians 2:9, 10)

9) How can Jesus be a "Mediator between God and men"? (1 Tim. 2:5)

10) Why the Apostle Paul says "God is the head of Christ"? (1 cor. 11:3)

11) Why did Jesus say that " he delivers the kingdom to his God " and " the son himself will also be subject to the one who held him all things "? (1 cor 15:24, 28)

12) Who was he referring to when he said  "I am ascending to my father... and  to my God "? (John 20:17)

13) How would he sit at the right hand of God? (Psalm 109:1; HEB. 10:12, 13)

14) Why did the apostle John says "to God no one has ever seen him"? (John 1:18)

15) Why didn't people die when they saw Jesus? (Exodus 20:30)

16) How could Jesus be dead and still God stay alive? (Acts 2:24)

17) Why did he need someone who could save him? (HEB. 5:7)

21) Why was he referred to as "God's son who learned obedience  and be perfect"?  (HEB. 5:8, 9)

22) How could an angel strengthen him if he was God? (Luke 22:43; Matthew 4:11)

23) Why did satan try to tempt him if he knew Jesus / God? (Matthew 4:1-11)

24) When Jesus was sent to earth, it was made "a little lower than angels" (HEB. 2:7) how could any part of the deity be inferior to angels?

25) If Jesus was the same God, against whom satan tempted him to rebel? Can God be tempted to rebel against himself? (Matthew 4:1)

26) Before the end of his earthly life, Jesus cried: "my God, my God, why have you forsaken me"? (Matthew 24:46) can God abandon or forget himself?

27) Hebrews 5:8 says that Jesus learned obedience. Why did he have to learn obedience, if he was God?

28) God's righteousness is perfect (Exodus 21:23-25). The Ransom price for a perfect human is a perfect man. The life of an imperfect man would not be enough to pay the ransom (Psalm 48:8). If Jesus was God, it was not then the price paid too high?

Why did he not pray, Our Father, which art standing right here 

(32)James 1:13: "When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt any anyone.. 
Since Jesus was tempted why did he say God cannot be tempted?
