LITTLEFIELD, TX (KCBD) -

A bomb squad with the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office was called to the 100 block of North Sunset in Littlefield in response to a report of a suspicious package on Monday afternoon.

Fortunately, it was just a box of books.

The Lamb County Leader-News reports that the package of books was left outside the Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

The church had been vandalized before, and they don't normally receive deliveries at this location, so when they saw a package marked flammable with flyers that read "know your God before you go" they decided they'd rather be safe than sorry.

The all clear was given around 4:30 p.m.
