A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mary Peach Smith, 91, of Camden, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at  Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel with burial to follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  Mr. Greg Robinson and Mr. John Miller will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 5 - 6:30 p.m. in  Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorial may be made to a charity of oneÂ’s choice.

Mary Peach Smith, died Saturday, November 18, 2017. Born in Westville, she was the daughter of the late Eddie R. and Ruby Horton Peach and the widow of Walter F. Smith, Jr.

Mrs. Smith was a lifetime member of Kingdom Hall of JehovahÂ’s Witnesses. She devoted her life to her faith and her family. The family would like to thank the staff of Tri-county Hospice.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter, Kathy S. Sanders (Timmy) of Camden; 2 sons, Joey Smith of Lugoff, and Robert Smith of Camden; 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her parents; son, David R. Smith; granddaughter, Tammy Smith; 4 sisters; 4 brothers.
