Even if this had been made up to try to match the general timing of the alleged murder/rape spree of Arohn Kee, that would not be any evidence that the letter is real. I can see three small bits of "evidence" that makes me think the letter is likely fake.

Don't you need at least two witnesses to establish any wrongdoing?

It does not make any sense that it takes two witnesses to hold a person responsible for the rape of a child, but if you MURDER the child, there is a lesser burden of proof required.

Of course you have a corpse as evidence, but who did it is quite another matter.

Whether the letter is real or fake might be determined in part on whether or not it is consistent with Watchtower Corporation Policy.
