Yo los preparo con ajo, pimiento y tomate, pero no me gustan suaves 🙂

Learn kitchen science.    Add organic coconut oil to eggs and have the pain well oiled with said substance.   Geesh!   How old are you?

I don't have photos of moist scrambled eggs 😩

Want moist scrambled eggs ....... add water and stir vigorously while cooking on low heat.

.... continue to stir and add water until you get the moistness you seek.

Some experimentation will be involved.

Most people go through 36 to 48 eggs until they get it right.

Cook on low, without stop stirring depending on the quantity of eggs.

I prepare them with garlic, pepper, tomatoes.
