How do I make my scrambled eggs moist but well cooked?

Cook on low.

A fuego lento por poco tiempo y sin dejar de revolver dependiendo de la cantidad de huevos.

Yo los preparo con ajo, pimiento y tomate, pero no me gustan suaves 🙂

Cook on low, without stop stirring depending on the quantity of eggs.

I prepare them with garlic, pepper, tomatoes.
