Do the Watchtower publish their financial statements or funds management?

I remember in the past a secretary of the congregation anounced the income from donations and expenses incurred by the  congregation monthly, I still hear sometimes about those numbers at  circuit assemblies specially when there are  "deficit" 

I 'd love to see those numbers globally, or at least for each branch, where do they publish them?

Thanks to others who found it. I just copy/paste. As you see, WT Society and other sister Corporations filling some financial records to Financial Authorities. But they have no obligation to publishing them to JW members or others. :))

What annoyed me at the assemblies was that there was always a deficit. In the weeks that followed, congregations were encouraged to donate money. Then, when the deficit was filled, instead of keeping the surplus for the next assembly, as would do any good manager, it was sent to the Watchtower as a "contribution" for Matthew 24:14. In consequence, the next assembly was still in deficit.

Yeah happens here in Australia too, they will say during the assembly bank account has $, donated all $ to the world wide work, expenses for this assembly is $, donations collected $, so far we are in defecit of $. My wife and I were talking about it and that seems a very dodgy tactics to make people to donate more. 

I wonder how many others sees it that way at the assemblies.

Assemblies are nothing but 8 hour long meetings, nothing new to show. They could save a lot of money by not holding assemblies, they really are a waste of time, and bad stewardship.
