Responding to "public accusations", WTJWorg claims that it had to apply as an NGO for access to the UN Library. However, the UN document shows that you do not have to be an NGO to get a Library pass.

Also, WTJWorg's statement that the criteria for NGOs changed in 2001 is not acceptable because the UN document says that their criteria have not changed since 1991, the same year that WTJWorg accepted the conditions for obtaining NGO status before the UN.
